I have a wireless contract with DTAC and have no technical complaints. I have no problem with cell or internet service. But I have been paying with a debit card (Bangkok Bank) using your autopay service since I opened the contract a year ago. I lost my card, got a new one from the bank, and entered the new card into your autopay system. First time autopay tried to use my new card it was rejected, supposedly because it was a debit card and not a credit card. The new card is identical to the one I lost, just a different card number. DTAC is insisting that I cannot use a debit card in autopay, although I have been doing that for a year with no problems. I have wasted much time at your office and my bank trying to figure this all out, with no success. I will autopay direct from my savings account going forward, but I am not happy with this result nor with the lack of explanation from DTAC.
I purchased a SIM card while I was in Bangkok but now I am in Singapore and then traveling to Indonesia and would like to keep he Dtac SIM card. I am trying to top up with the roaming package from the website but the system would not allow me. Can you help me out please?

I have pre paid on post pay account. Now I’m getting billed an additional 381 baht on a package of 499. Trying unsuccessfully to call yourcenter and getting g messages inThai. Please provide a working phone number and an itemized list of these extra charges. There is no dtac service center on this island. Thank you in advance.

I have a mobile internet package on my phone. I am unable to determine what package I have. I have received from you a number of notifications to say it has been throttled. I also receive other notifications from you in Thai. I do not read Thai and so they mean nothing. The current service is very poor I am considering moving to another provider. Please tell why I should not.
Really disappointed with the poor connection status from DTAC,
Both my wife and I bought tourist sims on arrival and if you try to use data, the page stops loading and only way to continue using internet is put into Airplane mode then reconnect and this has to be repeated time and time again.
Its not just one day either its every day. :(
I have had my sevice cut off , I went into a dtac store store and had my sim replaced several weeks ago as requested.
NOW the connection has been cut , and there is no where an email contact.
The only contact is via the online phone that sends a OTP ,,,,,,,, but I HAVE NO CONNECTION !!!!

Dear detac today and many times we have visit your out let store in pac chong tesco lotos when we approach the counter the detac sales people just look up at you and then they never ask you what you wont and go back looking at there phones or on the computers thete are 3 in that store that dont give any care for your buisness that is why we walked across the passage and went with ais i have been in sale for 15 years and have never seen a less interested group of so called sale persons i hope you can change this as i think you would be losing a lot of money

I am not sure that this is the correct site to make my request however I will also send it to the feedback@dtac.co.th address to make sure that my request is followed up.
I have a Happy prepaid mobile number 0851107909 which I have an internet data package (7 day non-stop internet at maximum speed of 1GB) which is automatically renewed each week.
The next renewal data is 03-08-2017 at 00:00 Hrs.
I have now returned to Australia and do not want my interent package renewed again until I return to Thailand in approximately 2 /3 months.
Please cancel / suspend my internet package as from today so that it is not automatically renewed.
I do not want my pre-paid phone account automatically debited.
Please confirm that my internet package will be cancelled or suspended.

Good morning customer care dtac. This morning I went one of your company outlet at don mueang airport to buy your company simcard. So a traveller we notice your sales girl not interest to serve us and she being rude with us by not helping or us to know bout your product. Kindly ask your sales girl to be polite with the customer. The sales girl have a short hair.
