On April 10th I ordered a bistro shirt order #EO5916445. I have not heard anything about when it will be delivered. I tried calling stayed on hold finally left my number. No one called me back. Please let me know what is going on.
When will I receive the rest of my order. I have tried to contact you, more than once. One time I was on hold for an hour, I hung up. Tried numerous times to track the rest of my order on line, would not accept my order number. What am I suppose to do? You need to review your system. I am ready to get the Better Business involved.
I placed an order #D00215927 on Sept. 1, 2018. Since that time I have had nothing but poor information regarding my order. I just was on hold for 20 minutes and I had to hang up. I decided to use this form of communication as the phone is unsatisfactory. I received an email on October 28 2018 saying that my order had shipped and if I wanted to track it use the tracking number 9274897938096976858642. I decided to wait a few days before checking the tracking and when I did what a surprise – it has not shipped. The only thing is the label was made. Please have somebody who is at least a supervisor check on this for me and let me know the truth regarding my order. I’m waiting.
I just had the most frustrating experience when trying to order 4 items online. Since this is my birthday month, I wanted to use the $25 off (JULYDAY18). The site would not take the code and I was on the phone 31 minutes trying to place the order with a representative. Wilma was great, but she had to go in and place the order manually (??) My order number D00072376. It’s not the first time I could not place my order on line. PLEASE improve this functionality. If it happens again, that will be the last time I make a Coldwater Creek purchase.
