This company is outdated! You can’t leave a call back number so unfortunately it could take an hour to get through. Once your through and they cut you off they don’t ask for a call back number. No chat box either. The repair ticket doesn’t work half the time. Very disappointed in the company.
Jacob is one of the manager/supervisor at clear rate, and he did an excellent job of getting my granny’s phone back on for nonpayment; once we paid the bill. He did it in a speedy manner. We are expecting bad weather and she is not in the best of health.
