No channels for a week already. An agent told us that a technician will take a look but, no one came. Poor customers service and no one is assisting us properly.
Cant reload my cignal sd prepaid tv box. I called a couple technician and said my box was already (faced off) and the store where i bought the complete set had closed their shop in our town. Only able to used it for a couple months and now a piece of waste.
Just hate it that they have to sell it when they knew itll be face off???!!!or will be out of service. Such a frustration and waste of hard earned money.
How can I reach the management? We have no service for more than 2 months already, no channels shown. 2 technical visits yet the problem remained unresolved. No urgency in the part of the agents responding to my emails since the first week of december. I would like to elevate my concern to the management. Can you help me?
When the subscriber has already paid for a plan, and duly receipted, why is there a need for calling the subscriber again afterwards For verification as a requirement for activation? And when Cignal verifies, they don’t even do it by text message, but by voice call, and they don’t get answered by the subscriber because their number is unknown!
