This evening I ordered a chicken bowl to go at the Shoregate Chipotle in Willowick Ohio. The cost was 8.65, so I gave the clerk a 10.00 bill. She gave me 1.25 in change, instead of 1.35. I asked about the dime, and she said she didn’t have one. I said I’d be ok with 2 nickels, but she replied that all she had was quarters. So I, the customer, had to accept less change that I was owed!! Granted it was only a dime, but it’s the principle. Totally unacceptable. I wanted to inform corporate that this is going on at that location. I was there on 2/28/23 at 5:11 and my receipt number is 279.
What is happening at Chipotle. I decided to go to a “new” Chipolte opened in Fall River MA just 2 months ago because the Chipotle I usually go to in MIddletown RI always runs out of 1 or 2 items for my family’s 4 burritos by the time I get there at 4:00 pm. I spend $60 to $90 per week. I decided to try a new Chipotle in Fall River and it was the same thing, out of fried veggies and no sour cream thus making our burritos very dry without those ingredients. In addition the new store was very filthy, food scraps on the tables and a messy kitchen. Two items out of stock at 5:48 pm. No lying, this the 8th time in a row Chipotle was out of one or two items at dinner or rush hour for me. The workers are no help. They joke about it. I asked if I should bring my own fried veggies next time and the worker said probably. Well, that’s it for me and my family. I am no longer going to Chipotle. It will be Qdoba from now on. It is closer to my house and it is just as good, but more important, they have everything that they say is available for me to choose from for our burritos. I gave Chipotle too many chances. In addition, your Chipotle complaint page” REPORT AN EXPERIENCE’ does not work. I don’t think chipotle is really interested in any customer bad opinions anyway. Friday March 26th my family and myself went to your restaurant in Hazeldell Washington a suburb to Vancouver Wa..We have eaten there over a long period of time and always enjoyed the food, the servers and the overall restaurant. yesterday proved to be much different.The restaurant was dirty, the food was bad.(steak bowl) steak dried out. And the young man serving on the line was extremely rude..The ladies bathroom was dirty and out of supplies. In all the years we have been going there we have never encountered this.
