I bought a Cherry Mobile tablet M-1007 in 2012 and it is clear that the operating system still runs on the old android 4.0.4 version where I can’t do much with it, play store doesn’t open anymore. I can’t access many websites anymore, so my question is is it possible to install a better android on this tablet? the latest version such as android 12 or even 13 would only be really super, may be an unofficial firmware.
I bought my Cherry mobile Aqua S9 series last December 2021. The phone function quite well. But after 3months my phone started to malfunction, specifically “no-display”. At first I tried to observe, but then the problem didn’t go away. And so I went to their office to present the problem. And they replaced my unit with a “brand new” s8 deluxe. Again the new replacement phone showed problems again after 3months of use. The touchscreen did not function properly. It just function on its own even without touching the screen. I’m so disappointed because I didn’t enjoy to the fullest both phone, the one I originally bought and even the replacement because both malfunctioned after only few months of using. And let’s say their technician have it fixed, my concern is: What is the guarantee that there will be no more possible problems that will arise sooner or later? The warranty is 1 year only which will end on December 2022.
I bought my Cherry mobile S7 series last Nov. 22, 2018. The phone function very well and fast. But after 1 month and a half my phone starting to function very slow, always hanging up and even the phone setting, messaging, photos, camera, facebook,messenger, google and even the clock HAS STOPPED!!. There’s also a problem in volume keys and there’s always a pop up message saying that the phone UI has stopped and automatically turning off. I went to the store where I bought my phone and they notice that my phone had a problem and needed to reboot or restart the system but the Cherry Mobile service center near that place is located at Marcos Highway Cainta Rizal. I’ve been busy lately and I cant find time to go that place to fix my phone..What am I going to do? What do you think is the main problem of my phone? And even if its fixed by the technician is there any possible that the problem might appear again sooner or later? The warranty is 1 year only..
I accidentally dropped my phone.I tried opening it but it only shows “powered by android” for a few second then shut downs. Same as for charging. It will lit up for a bit then shown the picture of the battery but shut downs after a few seconds which shouldn’t have happen as it will show the percent of the battery charging. What do i do?
I left it drained for a couple of days. Then a few days ago i tried charging it for a few minutes, but it won’t turn on. I asked my friend he said it might be corrupted. I haven’t went to the shop for it to be fixed because i have been busy lately. So, here I was. I charged it again for the whole night but still no progressed. I also tried the power button and the volume down and I tried all the options but nothing has happened, it still remain as dead drained phone. Any clue what to do? It’s the cherry mobile A1 with li ion battery.
