Purchased a brand new chamberlain garage door opener. Does not work, faulty bulb socket and circuit board. All I was offered was a new circuit board and bulb socket which I now have to install myself which is ridiculous. I should have been offered a whole new unit. Why should I have to figure out how to fix this one when it was brand new.
They double charged me for the video storage, $60 which is only $30. I asked for a refund of $30 which I got but now the the video storage does not work unless I pay other $30 which beings me back to the $60 I was over charged. Have talked to at least a dozen people over the last week without any resolve. Do not buy! Scam
Very poor delivery service on Parts order invoice 7002744581. Awaiting delivery from UPS only to see they turned the order over to the USPS on 3-28-18 after have the part from 3-22-17.
