I am a loyal customer to CASIO, have been using my Wrist watch since 2012.
After marriage have bought CASIO ladies watch for my wife in Visakhapatnam, India.
Here we approached to service provider to change the Belt which got older and torn.
The repairer has damaged the watch glass and we observed it taken to his notice, he was reluctant to accept and later he said, he placed the order for both glass and belt with additional cost, still we were ready to pay though there is no fault from our side considering he is an old man working for salary, but the issue was not sorted instead the answer was very rude and till date we didn’t get the glass/belt to change.
I am totally Un happy with the worst customer experience which i had at Vizag (Casio Service center).
I have an idea that can be converted to an educational product that every home and school will need and can be sold worldwide. Who do I speak with?

I have been a casio G Shock customer since 18 years old and have never worn another watch since then. I have been informed that Casio does not manufacture the Casio G Shock GMW B5000D-1 any more. It is one of the most beautiful metal watches I have ever seen. I have tried to buy one but could not as to non availability. It also seemed to be a very popular watch and friends of mine also tried to buy one of these watches without any success. Will Casio again produce a similar watch in future. It is such a special watch as the shape differs from the normal round shape G Shock watches that are normally sold.

Dear Casio: This is not a question nor a complaint. It is a testimonial. I am 58 yrs old and have had a Casio HR150LC 2-Color Print adding machine for so long that I can’t even remember when I purchased it. I searched online only to find that it is now considered an antique. It has been there for me through high school, college, work and everyday life. Unfortunately, it has finally succumbed to age and just flat out died on me. I cannot bring myself to discard it. I feel like I lost a friend. Thank you Casio for making such a durable product.
Hi Casio, i would like to request if Casio can reproduce a similar Moon Graph Watch model GMW-15 whixh was very popular during those year when the watch was introduce. It was well received and till now the model Moon Graph GMW-15 is still been hunt by Moon lover! I really hope if Casio and the excellent Team could reproduce a similar if not a better version of Moon Graph watch with the size similar to Frogman series!

I bought my Casio calendar / Calculator in 1979 if I am not mistaken, now, 47 years later it still functions as a calculator however, the calendar does not now fully work.
The fact it has lasted this long is testament to the ABSOLUTE quality that Casio has delivered. Although I know it may not be possible, I wonder if there is any way to have this fantastic product fixed?
Either way, Casio has definitely more than passed the test of time, and I congratulate you on this fantastic product.

I have a model #3054 watch which will not maintain the corrected time for more than a couple of days. If left in the right place, it will reset, last for several days, and then fail again. Your help please.
I recently bought a CASIO fx-991EX Scientific Calculator. But I am terribly disappointed a) viewing angle is very poor b) Display being depressed from the Calculator face makes things even more difficult c) Unless the ambient light is high you can not read d) Practically in good light unless you hold it almost below your nose, reading becomes difficult e) This being a new model, I had high expectations but the basic design itself is faulty. I regret having bought it in the first place.
I would like to get some customer support about a Casio Baby G that was sold to me through ebay with a warranty of 12 months and was sent back to Casio for repair by agent on ebay . I’m in Australia and really would appreciate some help with this matter.
