I made a mistake on a seller review, I did not buy the item and in the review indicate a two stars which is totally wrong. How to correct this review? Thanks, the seller is upset regarding the review.
I have a problem posting my item for sale in pet supplies, whenever i posted, Carousell would remove, reason given was i have a duplicated listing, but when i check my list, it isn’t true.
I believed I was scammed by a guy selling me an item. I like to know how the firm verifies a genuine seller to protect buyers on this platform. If I am not careful the seller can victimise on weekly basis.

You said my listing is removed? Why the credits were deducted when i bump my Ads.
Why am i asked to pay for the 3rd listing, when my 2 listing are not listed.
This is not a good experience from Carousell. The replies are slow and not helpful.
My credits are deducted and listings not placed. No reply from Carousell. Looks like dead end.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
The listing was removed from the marketplace due to the wrong category that you had listed the item in, as it is seen that the listing you posted is about training, I recommend you to list it in the category of Service > Jobs> Education & Training. Doing so will avoid being triggered by the system.
I also wanted to let you know that deleting item and re-list again will be considered as duplicate and that is also not allowed if Carousell.

Hi Carousell Team!! Please fix my account because I am not receiving any chats now. I posted a new item and it says there that it has 12 offers but none of those even popped up on my inbox. Plus, most of the messages on my inbox are now gone. It is not about my internet connection because my internet speed is 20mbps. I also tried logging out then logging in but nothing happened. Please fix this and reply to this message. Thanks!

I made an offer to buy an item on 21 Nov 2017 but did not receive any notifications nor any messages on my page.
I only discovered that the seller (bibi73) has accepted my offer when I searched for her posting and saw a note that I have bought the item.
I subsequently contacted the seller and made payment for the item.
However, non of the messages where reflected in the chat section or in my “Buying” archive.
Why?
