  1. We ordered 2 furniture items from Tokopedia (Belanova Interior) – after 6 weeks still no delivery..
    and still no delivery in sight for the next weeks when we WA the seller.
    Seller does not reply for days, and we post a bad rating for the seller. At this time the seller has time…
    he said will not deliver the goods and can only return the money if we remove the bad rating….
    I believe we have a right to rate a store within Tokopedia…
    So far the money still held by Tokopedia as the seller does not want to release the payment….and Tokopedia insists we need to find a solution with seller… If there is no solution the money is just LOST???? and Tokopedia can keep the money?

    I ordered a Nokia 2 mobile phone from the Tokopedia website yesterday evening and promptly received confirmation together with a request to make the payment very soon. The payment was made this morning but I subsequently received an email saying the seller cannot deliver – without further explanation. I cannot see a contact number for Tokopedia, so how do I get my payment returned? Can you not insist that items advertised by sellers are available?

    This bad experience is not the first with Tokopedia, so I will not be using them again. Others beware!
