This comment is to the owners of Bright House. It angers me to no end that you keep punishing the low income people. Every time I turn on my tv it feels like you have taken another channel away from those of us who can only afford the basic services paying for your line up to channel 72. You are constantly taking more and more channels away while we continue to have to pay the same fees. We ordered services for the channels you advertised, in the process you continue to steal from us, those who can afford the least. What kind of dirty rotten trick, what’s worse we can’t do a damned thing to you for it.
TRULY HAVE YOU ALL NO CONSCIENCE? Theft is theft, it’s so sad big corporations such as yours are allowed to get away with such crimes.

I sent you an e mail, which I cannot tell if it went through or not!
i was told by Rebecca last year my account is not a promotion and the bill would not change.
Today I was told otherwise. I cannot afford an increase, I now pay my bill and my sons.
He has no job so we are doing the best we can.
I have an e mail from Rebecca dated 6/27/2011 telling me I do not have a promotion and the
amount I am paying will not expire.
Today I got a letter telling me my promotion is about to expire and my bill will go up $15.00 a month. With the economy the way it is, I have two sons not working, my one son, Randal Cobb
is also on your system, and if you look, you will see I have been paying his bill as well as mine.
I cannot afford this increase so I am asking if you cannot leave my current bill for each of us alone or even reduce it?
