I purchased Rockerz 600 Brown in the month of February 2020 and had some issues with power (on /off) not functioning. This was sent back/collected by the company on 18th March for replacement it is now end of June and I’m yet to receive the replacement or even a status of my complaint. It has been an awful experience dealing with this company. The customer service has been totally pathetic and incompetent. I would not recommend anyone to buy any item from them.
