I have never heard of a location charging 1.77 for a cup of ice water what have Auntie Annie come to. I am at location mo104-1 at Louis Galleria Richmond heights Mo 63117.
I have been buying your pretzels for a long time but lately they seem to always be coming out burnt and I want to know why when it never used to be like that at both locations in San Antonio Texas at the Ingram Mall and North Star Mall I’ve had left comments I have called the places and it seems it hasn’t changed I waited for a while before I bought it again and it seems like it’s still the same I want to know if anything’s going to be done about it
Our experience today at Auntie Anne’s pretzels in Troy, MI was not good at all. We did a mobile order and still had to wait about 20 minutes because the staff kept serving the walk-ups first with the fresher pretzels. Usually when you do a mobile order, they make your order and have it ready when you get there to pick it up. Not this store! Very slow service. The staff was very rude when my daughter asked when the order would be ready.
I usually love eating here but today I took my son to get his favorite pepperoni bites an lemonade an well today I had a coupon if ya buy a roll up you would get a free lemonade well I was refused an turned alway because I did not have an app on my phone… I paid anyway but why give out coupon if ya can’t use them…. very embarrassing
After all of the confusion, the owner reached out to me personally to apologize and make amends. Goldie covered my next meal and his new staff made me fresh pepperoni bites. I will be going back to this location to continue enjoying Auntie Anne’s in Rego Park on Junction Blvd.
I apologize in advance for this complaint being so brief as I am currently working. I usually have an A+ experience at Auntie Anne’s, but today was my first bad experience at the Junction Blvd Rego Park, NY location.
I was excited to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday offer on a small lemonade and while the lemonade tank was completely full, I was denied what was clearly stated in the offer. There was no explanation other than I was not allowed to have a small lemonade even though my redemption code stated otherwise. I opted out for the Sprite in a can accompanied by a cup of ice which was the only choice I had with the selection of a pretzel. Moving on, no big deal – I got a small refreshment and a pretzel. Upon receiving the cup of ice and Sprite it was already too late by the time I was in my van continuing to work that I realized there is what looks like pencil shavings which I’m sure it isn’t but that’s what it looks like in my cup of ice. I’m taking a picture to save for my records so I can send it to you. I would like Auntie Anne’s to do the right thing to remain in good standing with a valuable customer.
