I’m tired of calling your Customer Service phone number and not getting through, it’s absolutely ridiculous. You need to follow up or get a better system& help Customers who have issues. I still 1/6/23, have not been helped since my order placed 11/22/22, & returned 11/28/22, with the issue. That’s insane. Obviously, Anthropologie does not pay well or doesn’t have the help that is needed to service the Customer. It’ sure doesn’t look very good when your a customer and your issue is not resolved.
I placed on order on Sept. 15, 2018, Order number A4003D. I ordered 4 items, but was later notified that one item could no longer be honored and the other 3 appeared to be shipping individually. I received the first item #0047241955 and it did not fit properly. Your new return methods have changed and although I have been a frequent buyer from your company, I will reconsider ordering from you again. No return label and could not get your on-line steps for return to go through.

I am a regular customer at anthropologie. This Christmas I ordered all my Christmas gift from the store. However we did not received any shipment :(
I have sent several emails, and called requesting a follow up about my order A202971554. This were Christmas gifts, and they were not received.
The tracking number says it’s in another country not my shipping adress.
Until now we have not received an answer from you.
