  1. I am really disappointed. I have my card over 17 years and when I got married I have change my surname . I have done tis about 4 times and still my account is not right . My card say my marriage surname and account is my old surname . Nothing was wrong until I asked them to block my card , reason I could not find my card . I have found my card and wanted to unblock and they say they cannot my card and account is different surnames. . What I want to know is how many times must I send my papers in ..

  2. I am really disappointed. I bought my wedding ring October 2018. It broke and I returned it to be fixed. To my greatest disappointment it broke again on the same spot that they repaired it previously. I am annoyed and disappointed because now I have to pay to get it fixed.

    I bought a watch from American Swiss at East Rand Mall, and on 08/02/2019 it was returned for repairs. On 29/03/2019 I returned to collect my watch, I was told that I had to wait 8 weeks for it. Today, 11/04/2019 – more that 2 months later – just to be told that I don’t have to call to find out if my watch can be collected, they will phone me when I can collect it. The service is poor and the staff really rude and unhelpful.

    I just want to bring the following under your attention.
    I vistited the branch in PARYS, Free State on 2018/12/06.
    Reason for my visit was to replace a FOSSIL watch battery, which was purchased at PARYS branch.
    When I entered the store there was only a white female attending to customers. At the time there was 2 African males, purchasing a cellphone. I waited patiently for assistance and was asked by this white female if I wanted to pay or what??? In the first instance her tone was unfriendly and she seemed aggitated with me as well as the African males she was assisting. I replied that I wanted a battery replaced, where upon she asked whether the watch was purchased from them? Then she took the watch from me and said she can not replace the battery as the screen is curved and might break.
    In the first instance…. it is not important whether the watch was purchased from this store or not!!!!! I have replaced the battery on previous occasions at the same store without any problems. I told her that I will go somewhere else for assistance as it seems she does not want to assist me.
    This white female was rude,unfriendly,had no people skills and defnitely offered NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
    Previously I was assisted at this store by 2 African Females and their customer service was outstanding, as for this white female…….POOR,POOR & PATHETIC!!!!!!!
    If PARYS branch should not make sales target over this festive season I suggest you replace this lady as she is BAD ADVERTISEMENT for AMERICAN SWISS.

    On Wednesday, 24 October 2018, I bought a 9ct white gold ring and submitted it for resizing immediately. I was informed by the sales consultant that it takes 3-5 working days. yesterday, 30 October 2018, I phoned the store to follow up on the status of my ring and was informed that it will be ready for collection tomorrow (today). Today, 31 October 2018, I phoned the store and again asked about the status of my ring as I would like to collect. The store manager advised that it takes 5-7 working days and said it’s hard for her to believe that anyone would tell me 3-5 working days. The store manager has a very arrogant and snotty attitude, insinuating that I’m lying and making me feel like returning the ring and shopping somewhere else. It’s not like I’m asking her for a favor, but actually bought a substantial amount from her store and would appreciate some respect and kindness. American Swiss, Pretoria-Menlyn, South Africa.

    American Swiss Westgate Mall. Mitchells Plain.

    The ladies working there has very little customer service skills they are disrespectful and does not think twice to argue with customers be it instore or telephonically.

    I purchased a cellphone cash at your store, and a few months later the phone acted up and was sent for repairs on the 25 May 2018, to MTN. We were informed that the repair turnaround time was max 3 weeks. We had to follow up on the progress of the phone all the time, and when three weeks past we again went to enquire and the Manager informed us that she told us it will take three weeks and that she cannot follow up because all her documents are sent off to head office. On Monday, we called American Swiss again and in turn they called MTN only to find out that MTN has no parts to repair and that the phone would be replaced and this would take another week.

    I am very disappointed in the poor service treatment by Staff Westgate Mall, Mitchells Plain. As for American Swiss, you guys have received your money cash, leaving the customers to fend for themselves.

    Maybe American Swiss should give me a refund and have MTN Replace them with another phone when they eventually receive stock.

    We applied for a American swiss card and got a sms to email the proof of payment to the email provided and the WhatsApp link provided, but when we phone to query the status of the documents we receive no answer. We have sent them through 3 times and on both the email and WhatsApp.

    I would like to take this opportunity to thank Trudy Sagadevan from American Swiss in Richards Bay, KZN, for the outstanding service she provides.
    I have purchased a number of items over the years from the Richards Bay store and Trudy has always been extremely helpful.
    If an item is not available in her store she locates it at another store and has it brought to Richards Bay for me to view and there is never any pressure to purchase the item if I am not satisfied with it.
