I have international roaming activate on my AIS account. However on arriving in Amsterdam and opening my phone I immediately received many messages from AIS saying that I had used used my data limit. Now in the UK I cannot send or receive text messages. I don’t seem to be able to connect to local mobile networks.
I top up my phone online, I do not have internet facility with my phone. I only use my phone to make calls, and not many per month, each month you tell me to top up at a certain date, but I always have CREDIT and I want to use that credit foe a longer period than one month, please reply.
My mobile number is 0849153317. I am having a difficult time doing business with AIS. My 4G, 12g 799 baht per month used up the 12g on Jan 30. The same day I was sent a message with a link to pay 150 baht at 4Mbps for 10 days. The message said it was instantaneous. At About 12:35 Today I added 300 baht and was sent a SMS confirmation instantly for that amount. Within 5 minutes I used your link sent by SMS on 01/30. It took me to AIS web site and I selected 4Mbps at 150 baht and confirmed I was given a reply to look for another SMS message to let me know my request was completed. That was about 12:40. I waited about an hour and called AIS and was disconnected two times and on the 3rd call when your system said it was busy to select to be called back and I would receive a call within an hour. That was 3 hours ago. Is AIS systems down and is your customer service broken?
