Airtel is an Indian telecommunications giant that has operations in more than 20 countries. One of the top 5 mobile service providers in terms of subscribers, the company launched services in Nigeria around 2001. It was the first telecom operator to launch commercial GSM services in Nigeria, and first to introduce 24-hour customer care, monthly free SMS and monthly airtime bonus. Airtel Nigeria is headquartered in Lagos.
Before subscribing to Airtel products, it is safe to check if Airtel has coverage in your location. You can perform this action right on the website. Airtel’s products include Voice, SMS and Internet. Tariff plans for voice include SmartConnect, SmartPremier, SmartRoam, SmartTrybe, SmartTalk, and SmartValue. For those who love shopping online, Airtel has an e-commerce channel called SmartStore where you can shop for phones, tablets, routers and MiFi dongles. You can shop by brands that consist of Huawei, Apple, Samsung, BlackBerry, Nokia, HTC and Lenovo. Purchases can be made using Visa or MasterCard. Deliveries take up to 2-5 working days. For more information or queries on store locations, prepaid connection, SIM card, refund/cancellation, technical assistance, bill, or others, reach the Airtel Nigeria customer service.
I have been experiencing fast reduction of my Airtel data on my phone. Whenever I subscribe data, after 20-24hours(d same day/next day)I get to receive a message that I have just 500MB or 250MB remaining without me watching any video and updating any of my apps. It happens occasionally now. Airtel plz help me to look into this because am also working for this money to subscribe. I have tried to get in touch with you guys via call but all to no avail rather telling things that I do not need.

I noticed Airtel has been deducting #15 on daily basis from my router number. I have called severally to get this issue resolved but Airtel in her bid to continue the act has been giving me assurances without actually stopping the illegal deduction, I have no other option than to go the public to vent my anger including writing official letter NCC.
My router number is: 07087458831.
I have been having network issues in my shop at Ebinpejo Lane, Ereko, Idumota, Lagos ever since i moved in 5years ago. Ones I get in I can’t make or receive, nor chat. I have reported in your Lekki Centre last year. This is very frustrating because I spent better part of my time in the shop. Thanks.
Hello All,
It is rather disappointing and frustrating that all my efforts since last well about my recharge issue- calling your Customer service and sending mails has yielded no fruits but rather fell on deaf ears.
I tried recharging my line on Thursday evening to renew my Data Subscription but I mistakenly dial *555* the PIN#.
The PIN is: 0846919221187289 and *121# is saying unable to retrieve history. Kindly help me change it to data and opt out of whatever it is I recharge.
Please, I count on your assistance to get the mis-recharge- 08023679374 reverted as soon as possible.
Do not hesitate to contact me for further clarifications.
Kind regards,
Ayoola
Please this is broad daylight stealing because i do not see reason why you subscribe for daily data which is meant to be 24 hours as been done in other networks like 9mobile, mtn, glo etc. But airtel yanks you off at 11.59pm even when the subscription was done at noon same day. I think this is another good complaint that needed to be forwarded to NCC for further investigation. Mind you that your customer rep ADEMOLA categorically told me this when i could no longer used my subscription which is been recorded.
getting to talk to your customer care on phone seems like the most difficult thing in the world is unlike you guys. your service used to be good but what am facing as a difficulty for pass a week noe is that whenever I try to make a call immediately the person pick up my call the call will hang up automatically so I dont know what to do am getting tired of this…this my number 0812 653 8235
Please why on earth would you be force an unsolicited service on your customer. You just activate a service and start deducting money from a customer’s account without notifying them. I have come to share my displeasure on this kind of poor attitude towards customer. This is called fraud. So many times i have canceled this with a code made available by you guyz. Yet it happens again. I am even tied of calling your customer care. These days i am even afraid to load an airtime on my line and living it for a single day.
Please better do something about this because it is very bad for business or i may reconsider. Remember when you loose one customer, think of how many future customers you. have lost.
Hey I was just being scammed by one of your numerous spam messages.
it deducted my last hope credit of #30, my last hope and am stocked right now.
902 CALL SHINE WEEKLY deducted my money telling I have subscribed for 7days of something I don’t know anything about and I try to follow the procedure to stop it if they are going to refund my money but the respond I got was that THANK FOR USING OUR SERVICE.
i have been calling the 111 for over 30 min but prove abortive.
Help me in whatever way you can by refunding my money back.

I have been on the Airtel network from the days of Econet nigeria precisely from November 2004 and my line 08029196844 has never been off or abandoned except for low battery. In recent times, however am beginning to reconsider my commitment to the network given a consistent run of poor services in the last 3 months mostly around Mbukpa street (by the Police Station) Calabar South L.G.A. Cross River State. I would appreciate If this complaint is looked into. Thanks.

Do you have an outlet in Kubwa, Abuja, where I can upgrade my sim from 3 to 4G? Your outlet on 1st Avenue, Gwarinpa, at Oando filling station has been very frustrating. I’ve been there four times now and still get the same response: network is down. They don’t even have light! A quick response will be appreciated, please.
Hi,
I mistakenly bundled N200 for three days which I couldn’t use because I am currently out of the country.
Can you please deactivate the automatic renewal I keep getting form this and my subsequent data subscriptions.
Also I get information that I can be receiving calls for free while roaming provided i have N5000 balance. may I know if i am eligible for this on my current package.
Thank you.
