M1’s broadband offers speeds of up to 28 Mbps and 5.76 Mbps respectively. M1 had revenue of $781.6 million SGD in 2009.
I must say M1 service has been upgraded from ‘ superb to excellence’ as they behaved as though they are the best service provider in town!? I made a M1 call 1627 and was told that my call maybe responded within 65 minutes due to the queues so I have no choice but to wait!! Heavens I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes to be precised and yet no one came to assist me!! What kind of attitude is this for a loyal customer for more than 10 years? I still have a screen shot of the calls I made to substantiate my claim!
I have been trying so many times calling 1627 yet nobody answers the call. It is always on music. Very poor service. Please do something about it.
M1 has a very bad customer service. I called 1627 and was put on wait till I hanged up due to poor service. Once I get through they ask for my account details etc and transfer me to another department; than it goes back to hear the stupid adverts forever with no one picking up.
I have searched and there is no email contact details for technical service other than going through the loop and push buttons. So what is the direct email inquiry for my fibre broadband frustrations.
On multiple times the wifi signal just got dis-connected and many times it just hang on my desktop and smart TV. It gets very bad at times and spoilt the experience. I am on the 500MBPS when previously 100MBPS worked better. Very disappointed at M1 lousy service.

I have been trying to contact 1622 and 1627 for the past 4 days. All I get is the annnouncements ads all along. No body answer the calls. Very disapponited. Please get someone to contact me via email. It’s regarding Renewal of my corporate services. Thank you.
Dear Whom may concern ,
It has come to my attention that I was being charged of $1,270.24 on my phone bill even though the plan that I had signed up for was an unlimited plan.
During the point of purchase, the sales person told me that everything was unlimited, and nothing was being mentioned to me on what actually is limited.
I had only realized that the SMS has a cap of 10K per month when I received the shocking phone bill this month. You can argue that I signed the contract with black and white terms, but my command of English Language is poor. There was no contract in Chinese language either. I don’t think it is fair for me to pay for something that was not made known to me, because if I had known that there was a cap to the number of SMS, I would have controlled my usage. Nothing was made known during the point of purchase except the word ‘unlimited’ from the sales person. Please get someone who is able to speak Mandarin to give me a call in regards to this. I am not going to pay for the bill because this is really unfair and it is not my fault for using this ‘unlimited’ plan (as per what your sales person said).
Regards
Jessie
Hi
I top up my mom’s M1 prepaid card via Posb online banking on Saturday, 4 May 2019. I am positively sure that i had chose
n the Hot 128. However when i check my transaction today, i realised that $128 was deducted from my account for M1 prepaid. Can i retrieve back the amount ($100) that has been deducted from M1?
If it can be retrieved, what do i need to do?
Damsel in distress
Hi M1.
I had terminated my M1 line in November 2018. Yet, every month i still receive an email stating my latest softbill as well as a total balance of -accumulating amount which I was not clear how it was caused.Since I am currently not in Singapore, I cannot register online and manage my m1 account, I hope to check why this happened and how could m1 terminate it.
Please help to clear my doubt as sooner. Thanks
I’m in the US and cannot receive OTPs on my Singapore number at this time. And “Ask Mindy” doesn’t have he info I need. I can’t find an M1 email address anywhere. How do I get help via email?
Dear Sir,
I am currently not at Singapore. It is very difficult to connect with M1 customer service. Is my number suspended? How should I do if I want terminate the line?
I called the customer service about the dealer at Vivo that charge me double and they promise to call on the same day but they didn’t. Is this norm to service client in this manner. Just wondering how long i have to wait for the settlement.
I would like to compliment Zeana and Meng Lak of Customer Service who have impressed me with their remarkable services that made me applause to this telecommunication brand that I have never engaged before. Good attitude and positive caring behaviour put a smile on my face today when I called up for DTV installation. The effort to share clear instruction on procedure and responsive call back when the line was disrupted is commendable. To me, the brand lives up to their tagline – ” Your call is important to us” !
Keep up the good work! 2 Likes!
Hi M1.
I left Singapore in December 2015 and applied to keep my number for half a year. Yet, I have received an email stating my latest softbill as well as a total balance of -S$13.78 which I was not clear how it was caused.Since I am currently not in Singapore, I cannot register online and manage my m1 account, I hope to check whether my number is still kept and how I can terminate it when I come back to Singapore on 25th of July, 2016.
Thank you and have a nice day.
Is the service down today?
I tried to call 1627 but it prompted ” Not registered on network”.
First time encountered this problem.
Last week I lost my prepaid M1 sim card that I bought from mobile shop using my name and my ID. Do I need to inform M1 about that? If the card was used by other person, I am afraid that it may affect to my work pass. Please let me know what I need to do for loss of prepaid sim card. I am waiting from you as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your consideration.
Comments:
-The phone call services are so poor and I need to wait more than 5 mins to get to the operator
-The operator’s tone like no energy at all.
– The person in charge of services don’t have the skill to guide.
– The web site is too limp and I even can’t find where to view my MMS.
– I felt very ridiculous to know that the MMS link was hide at the ” FAQ” instead of at the personal account site or some places which more easier to view. Even who guide me to find it also can’t find the place of MMS link.
– I even can’t send out my message from the form M1 provided.
It is now 16 Jan at 10.45p.m. and my phone is still showing “No Service” (no M1 signal) and customer service hotline is still an engaged tone…had tried to reset my phone…had tried turning it on and off several times…had tried to catch M1 attention and post on M1 Facebook but the post was taken down…my whole family (3 accounts) is with M1…sigh…so lonely…yet not alone…hundreds, perhaps thousands are affected…sigh…
lost M1 sim card, no xx.
request the number to be blocked by m1 service provider.
kindly acknowledge.
Plse assist to stop all message send to my phone via “77877” with immediate effect. Put on record I won’t pay for any charges for the message send out from “77877”– Your immediate action is appreciated.
I need to talk to a M1 customer service Agt ASAP .
Horrible service. I waited for 50 MINUTES before it was answered.
And even than, there was NO FOLLOW UP action.
I have beeen calling 1627 for the last half and hour or so.
It is very annoying to wait for a reply, yet the music plays on and on.
I am of the view that the management should do something about it.
Will be obliged if you or any of your staff can call me via cell phone number 90996013.
