Firstly this is not our first,second, third or fourth complaint about the Greytown KZN Mavundla Square KFC branch!!!! After numerous complaints we were contacted by KFC who promissed to get back to us with regards to our complaints.
Apparently that also fell on deaf ears….not visiting after our last terrible experience we tought that things would have changed…….BUT that was not the case, not at al,l ONCE AGAIN KFC Mavundla Square did not dissapoint as they abviously strive to only give BAD SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT!!! This branch clearly has no worries about quality or customer satisfaction. Tonight 25/01/2017 we received the incorrect order…..we decided to bring this to the store manager, Linda’s attention, and guess what….he laughed it off!! Nice going Mr.Manager. We got home with our incorrect order only to be even more dissapointed as to the state our food was in. Now im doing this complaint with very little faith that anything would be done or to expect any change to happen. Im 100% sure that this is not the only complaint for this branch. I would like to just say that I am verry happy to rather go get take away at one of the other take away’s where quality, customer service and customer satisfaction is what makes us go back.
KFC Greytown Mavundla Square has seen the last of us. We will make sure to spread the word and the photos because there is NO excuse for our experience.
