I had purchased LG Washing Machine from E-Zone (Future Retail, Home Town, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai 83 on 26th February 2017. Invoice Number: 93817939
During the installation, I asked the engineer to provide the extended 2 years warranty from LG. The engineer filled the form and took the cheque from me for extended 2 years warranty.
After several followups, i was not given any details of the extended warranty. Today 10th April 2017, i received call from the LG Service Dealer that my extended warranty request has been rejected as the product sold to me by the retailer is older model and the serial number does not fit in to the extended warranty policy.
I want to understand as why LG took the money from me for purchase of this product is the product was end of life/support? Why was the extended warranty form filled by the engineer and cheque was taken from me? Why is authorized reseller selling such products to me when they are aware that this is end of support product?

My Name is Sanil and I had purchased a Levovo A10 from the Ezone store at Old Madras Road, Bangalore. For last one month, have had serious problems with the laptop and have been running around all possible people related to that. I had even send an long descriptive email, with regard to my worries and concerns. Mr Aswant ,the store manager also was initially very much indifferent ,which i had mentioned in my mail. But after that would like to mention that he was very proactive ,took all the necessary steps and did a wonderful coordination with the vendors to ensure that the product problem got resolved. Would like to really thank him for the proactive action shown.

We were very disappointed by the service of Ezone employees. We were sold a Samsung LED by one Mr. Atif in Ezone store Lucknow(Riverside Mall). After selling, they were extremely irresponsible in delivering the product. He switched off his phone and refused to answer our calls. Other employees too, did not take the delivery seriously. we are still waiting for our product to be delivered. Horrible experience. Ezone is a strict NO for us in the future.

Mr. Summit (A sales advisor) told me that if I would purchase Morphy Richards Microwave Ovens you would get free utensils (KIT) with this. After my shopping and billing, I had forgotten to pick up the free gifts KIT, when I came back to bring this KIT All the staff members (including E-Zone Cashier) Mr. Gagan (Emp. Code 306264) were ignorant and showed least passion towards their work and looked at me and said your gift time has been over now. It’s my humble request that Please take strict action for Gagan (emp code 306264) and Summit(Sale Advisor) at E-zone section in Big Bazaar, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. And Please convenes them to return my Free Gift as soon as possible.

I bought mobile phone online. I was shocked to receive mail next day that they have cancel my order without assigning any reasons. I mailed them but till now no reply. I decided not to buy any product next time from them.
Dear Consumer, Please do not purchase any products from Ezone. They have no focus towards their customer. After purchase they can’t even remember the delivery of the consignment to customer. Don’t go for it for any reasons.
