I am on the top tier “unlimited” plan but I have exceeded my 35 usage. I went on your website to add more data, but I couldn’t navigate to where that could be done. I think I did it last month. Also, I have forgotten my password. The rep. told me I’d need to send a pic of my photo ID to billing@consumercellular.com. I tried to send it, but it didn’t seem to work. Also, I don’t understand why you call your “unlimited plan” unlimited when it gets HORRIBLY throttled at 35…sometimes it doesn’t work at ALL. That seems like it is “limited”, to me. One more thing…I get “you’ve exceeded your data plan” messages and my service immediately slowed to a snail’s pace. I don’t know what is the worst one of these problems. As far as the service rep’s “I’m sorry. I am unable to access your account without your password”, I could answer any other question they might ask me, but that option isn’t available. I pay $73.XX a month for this?
Unable to contact you by email or text. Being rejectected and away in Poland now. Having problem with phone that I cannot hear and person I talk to has problem also. Believe still under warranty for phone. If not, let me know and if needed enroll me in AppleCare.phone . Phone is at loudest setting. Will return home Aug.16.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 cell phone. I purchased it at Target. I have been very satisfied with the phone and Consumer Cellular until now.
Recently I got a text message that there was an upgrade to be installed on my cell phone. I ignored it for a while because I was completely satisfied with my cell the way it was. I only use it for texting, phone calls and photos with the camera.
I finally did the upgrade and now I am having difficulty using my cell for messages (many times messages do not come through – I do get a message that the message couldn’t come through.) The icon for the camera is gone. There are symbols now that I don’t know how to use.
Is it possible to get my older simpler version re-installed? I am ready to drop CC and get rid of my phone because of the frustration in trying to use it.
Would it be possible to go back to Target to get this done? 612-388-6848
