I have been dealing with Farm & Fleet about a sale item. This item was in the sale brochure received on line. I was unable to put this in my cart. It was Saturday so on chat I was told I had to wait until Monday for customer service. I called and still waiting a call back.
I just spent the last 30 minutes sharing how upset I am/was over the rudeness and apparent disregard for customers shown by “Brian” the back end manager of the Farm and Fleet in Woodstock. I went into specific details and all of a sudden the post disappeared. I don’t believe it got sent, but I don’t have the emotional energy to re-enter the entire post again. I hope someone in corporate will take the time to talk to other customer and/or the employees that work in the back. He is rude to everyone across the board and today he was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. I own a business and if my managers treated customers and fellow employees the way Brian does, I would not have a business. It is unacceptable. The one thing I will repeat from my original “lost” post is that when I called the front desk to complain about how rude Brian is on a regular basis and that today he was even worse, I was told “Well that is your opinion.” I spend thousands of dollars at Farm and Fleet on an annual basis. I guess I will now be forced to drive all the way to Tractor Supply – where the employees are friendly and polite and willing to help.
