My Airtel network suddenly stopped. It is very strange I couldn’t contact at all the numbers given from other mobiles. All the numbers given are not existing. Now a days Airtel service is getting very poor in Agra. I once when tried to port, your team promised me the best service.
Please at least update new numbers which can be contacted. Once your numbers are not contactable, how your customers hope for service from you??

I am facing network issue at the address D-354, Delta 1 Greater Noida, U.P.
Not able to make calls.. Everu time when i try to make calls it says cellular ntwork not available. Its really frustrating me because my business getting stopped because of this.
Please resolve it, or else i have to go for other network provider which i dont want as i am using this airtel from about more than 5 years.
I hope you will will consider this as an urgent issue.

Hi,
I had taken airtel broadband connection for three months and out of those three months 10-15 days were spent without internet. Secondly, no one is acknowledging even instead behaving rudely when I’m trying to call them and asking for update. Not able to reach out any customer care executive. I’m highly disappointed by the Airtel broadband service.
Please let me know if you have any solution
I have facing a network problem in our postpaid connection in this reason I have port this no to airtel last 2-3 months. I have complained 2 times but no action in this regard what can I do??

I was using Air-tel prepaid no of Delhi circle, this connection was being used by me in UP circle (on roaming), One fine day unfortunately my sim got cracked. I approached customer care in UP circle as well as Delhi circle. They said in order to get new SIM one has to come to Delhi.
At this time I can not come to Delhi. Can Air-tel give me solution in UP.

I am using CUG postpaid connection since long under this plan you provides me 3G data of 370MB which is very less as per my requirement. You are requested to enhance my data under the plan as you and other service providers are providing more data in a very less amount to enable me to remain under the ambit of Airtel Mobile Umbrella
