I would like to bring your notice to the kind of service I am
getting from your network.I have three Airtel connections witch are being used at my home(address)and two are working fine butmy number 9821302068 is not getting proper network.I changed SIM card also from one of your store still issue is not resolved and your store people not helping properly for the same.
Kindly look into this case and help to resolve my problem ASAP.
For last two months as soon as I recharge some
services are getting activated automatically and Rs.35/- are deducted towards the same without my request to activate the same and top of that in spite of de-activating again after 7 days same service is activated and balance get deducted. Since i am using two sims same thing is happening for both the sims. I don’t understand how to get rid of it. If i don’t recharge then Airtel calls up and informs that your sim will be de-activated. Is any body have solution to this problem.
I have paid my bills for previous month and this month also still getting calls for bill payment .Internet is even not working. I have paid my bills and it is showing that bill not paid. This is too pathetic. I am taking continuous follow up enable my data pack but no response.All the account details is provided to refund but no one care about. Completely unprofessional people. When I am calling to customer care they have set recording to pres this number and that number rather than directly assigning executive to check query. at the end they will ask you to check your airtel app.I have paid my bill using Airtel app only which is again pathetic not reflecting that you have paid your boll then why it is deducting Money from my bank account. I have bank statement as a proof to talk with you people legally.

I had Airtel Postpaid service. I have changed subscriber due to some reasons. I have paid last bill online in Airtel store. After that my mobile number is transferred. Now Airtel customer care persons are calling and asking to pay bill otherwise they will disconnect my number from current subscriber. They are talking rudely and sending message to dont call back on that number is my mobile number may get disconnected. Its a 3rd class service i have ever face in my life. No sense how to talk with customer. 1st improve network and customer care service and then call to some one for portability.

I’m trying to get in touch with an Airtel Customer Service rep. I have tried all the various numbers that you have provided, but the menu does not allow me to speak to a rep.
I was holding Airtel prepaid card no. 9892863636 since last 8 yrs.
On 18th Feb 2018, I realised that my number has suddenly been disconnected. Same day I called your toll free no. and I got to know from your representative that the service was stopped as the card was not active from last 3 months. Which was not at all true. As I was using this number on regular basis. However inspite of me telling the truth to the representative he was not able to help me and asked me to visit nearest Airtel gallery.
On 19th Feb, I visited the kalyan Airtel gallery in the morning. The representatives in the gallery took my complaint and told that the connection might have stopped as the same was not linked with Aadhar. This was simply not acceptable. As per Govt. We are been asked to do so on or before 31st March 2018. However I submitted the documents and left. Before leaving I was been assured that my number will get restart in 4 hrs. However it did not start till evening.
So again in the evening I visited the gallery, at this time the representative told me that he was not in position to help me and I should reach the help line number for assistance.
This was the height of unprofessionalism and utter careless attitude towards the customer. The team was just dogging the customer from one pole to another with giving any concrete solution.
I need to understand why my Active number was disconnected without informing me. And why are your help line representatives and customer care people not able to help me. What is the use of such services if they are not actually helping us.
I want you to start my number by tomorrow or else I will Lodge a complaint against Airtel at TRAI.
We have submitted the documents of 10 people to porting CUG plan, 2 months has passed still not pot in Airtel. Even no proper response from the Airtel team.

Tried everything incl visiting Airtel store, lodging complaint several times to customer care, Airtel Store etc. incomming calls and SMS. I got a recharge of Rs. 197 done on my prepaid airtel no. on Friday. It gives me unlimited calls and 2GB 3G data for 28 days.
In spite of the recharge services did not begin. An amount was deducted from my main balance for internet usage. We contacted the customer care and received a refund. The unlimited call facility also began.
We were told that a technical error from your end was responsible for delay in activation of internet services and that it will be activated within 6 hours.
Today, its Wednesday and still the internet is not activated. Now even if the internet facility is activated, I have already lost 5 days without service out of my pack of 28 days. What solution and justification do you offer?
