I canceled my flight to karpathos on 25 August booking reference ODPRWI. I got no refund because I booked light. For the cost I made for my luggage I got two vouchers for 42 Euro. I can not do anything with these vouchers.
I want to cancel a business class ticket and based on the Aegean official website it can be only through Call Center! I have more than one week trying to catch the call center in every time, day and night, but nobody answer and I wait online spending my international minutes and money. Sorry but never faced this before
I travelled on OA292 Athens Kefalonia yesterday 4 July. We were kept waiting inside the airport bus to the plane about 40 minutes. The bus was full. About 60 people. Most wore masks but obviously keeping correct distancing was impossible. It was very hot. I understand there was a need to change the plane. When I complained to the staff at the gate I was told it was not her responsibility. In normal times this would be just an inconvenience but with the virus it was clearly dangerous. Clearly a second bus should have been brought. We are regular fliers on Aegean to Greece. This sort of incident which could lead to a outbreak of infections is dangerous for greek tourism and for the reputation of Aegean.

Last night (Australian time)I selected and payed for security fast track and selected our seats 5A and 5B for Kevin and Simone Lester on flight A3654 Athens to Rome on the 9th October, 2018.
The payments for both selections went through (PayPal).
The security fast track has been confirmed and can be seen in our booking.
But the seat selection still hasn’t been confirmed.
I paid using PayPal and the Aegean Airlines payment reference THNYVIAPAD132396020390 for 24 EUR.
How do I get confirmation that the seats have been selected, as they have been paid for?
I searched for a flight from Split to Athens. Then I was asked to fill in all my passenger information and payment information. The cost of the flight was approximately 100 euros. When I received my confirmation email I noticed that it indicated that I was booked from Zadar to Athens , Not Split as I had originally asked. I immediately contacted the travel agent and they indicated that I should contact Aegean Airlines to rectify the problem. Then I contacted Aegean and they told me that they could not refund me and to go back to the Booking company Cheap-O -Air. After a few days of back and forth between the booking company and Aegean, the best that Aegean will do is charge me 188 euros per passenger plus the fare difference to correct the flight. I find that to be excessive and really gouging the consumer.
I would like the errors corrected and either give me a flight from the original asked for departure point, or a refund of my paid amount.
Note the flight is 3 months into the future.
Had booked flight on 18th of June A3 881 to Athens. departure time was 17h00. I was at the baggage drop off counter at 16h00. Lady there said: time enough!To terminal 1, C42 is a long way. I arrived at the Gate C42 at 16h35. The gate was closed already. The plane took off without me. I had troubles to get my baggage back from the plane. There was not a single call for my person, no interest! I am 71 years and had many flights in my life, but I have never experienced anything impersonal like this! Is the interpretation of Boarding time as “boarding time until” in anyone’s own discretion, or does this have any legal basis? One said, you can alter the booking; and the one who said so was in the lost and found of Int. Airport VIE, and worked for the same company that sells tickets. So I was advised to go from the lost and found to the ticket sales. What a system! Are you satisfied with such procedure?
I have deketed my booking email and do not know my booking reference. How can I get this in order to print off my details?

my clients wanted to change date to 14-21/8 and now they want to change to the original date but i dont have K class on 29/8.
Is it possible to re-issue only with the differance ond without the 30 euro penalty . eventually the dates will be the same as ticket issued
