I have purchased a Bluestar 1.5 ton 3 star Split AC from your authorised showroom.I contacted your toll free no and a ticket no 1704071479 on 08.04.17 has been given.Accordingly ESA Cooling Centre sent one mechanic for installation and he has taken rs 1125/-against which a bill has been given.But there is a portion for writing customer comment/ suggestion if any.But the machanic told me no need for any comments i.e. question of signature is not required.I repeatedly informed the matter to customer care as well as the franchises i.e.ESA Cooling Centre phone no 9073347335 without signature. message has been received the work has been done.No demonstration has been given. I am not satisfied about the job.

First month- Compressor busted and was replaced
Second month- Main unit had issues and some parts were replaced
Third month- Gas leaked and had to be refilled
From Aug 7, AC is not working and no one is responding despite multiple mails and calls
One of the most third rate companies to deal with and a nightmare for customers. After having logged a complaint on April 24, I am still awaiting a call from them to come n attend to my AC. My ticket number is B 1204240161. I am expected to pass the summer without my AC after having entered into an AMC and maybe Blue Star will show up in the winters??? They are very quick to come n collect AMC cheques but never show up after that. Sad but true!! Never buy a Blue Star product.

I purchase 1ton 5star split AC from VASANTH @ CO, CHENNAI, MODEL – 5HWZAS, BLUE STAR. People from your office did not come to install the same. We had some local guy do it for us. While installing they cut the 1 meter copper wire. We had requested not to. But this has happened.
