Booked a return ticket to Manchester UK online yesterday. Money has been taken from my credit card but no confirmation e-mail with ticket information received. I try to input my Reservation Code NSPRFF to get into my booking but it is not being recognised. Please contact me. Thanks

I want to use UM (unaccompanied minor) service for my 14 years old child. How long in advance can I apply and what documents do I need to bring? Is it possible to put the ‘company staff ‘ instead of the name of the person to be met at the destination?

I agree completely with all other comments. It is just IMPOSSIBLE to get through to Etihad Bangkok. I have been trying their BKK number for the past 90 minutes. Permanently engaged. Finally got their general number, and it is all about general office administration.

I’ve now even held on for 7 minutes to Abu Dhabi and just get elevator music. And the worst is that I booked and paid with Air Berlin, who are now just passing the buck to their partner airline. SHOCKING SERVICE. Never again.

I have confirmed a round ticket to Europe by Etihad Airlines from Bangkok..for Visa i was advised by Abu Dhabi Embassy in BKK to contact Ethiad Airlines. Last week it was confirmed that that i should prepare documents and call them , i have been calling for many but finally i got through today and one lady named Zion responded that i should do it through internet..its causing a lot of inconvenience..can i call over at your office next week with all relevant documents and confirm my visa..

No one does not expect this service from a world leader in Air Travel. Come on guys get your act together in Bangkok.. I have travelled between S.A. and Bangkok since 2008 using Etihad very often and never has this happened to me. Disgusted at the poor service we are getting lately.

Have been trying all morning (four hours) to contact you on your numbers in Bangkok…. no-one is picking up. I am a patient man, but 4 hours… come on!

I am a regular traveller (5-6 times per year between UAE and Thailand) and have previously flown with Thai Airways and never experienced a problem. This will be the first and last time I fly Etihad! Extremely disappointing from an Airline who considers itself a world leader!

I have also been trying to contact your Bangkok office for an urgent reason, but the number has been engaged for hours. Why did you open that office for contact ?
