I have NEVER been so disappointed in a company in my entire life. WE have been with Direct for over 10 years and now I have had “customer service reps” in Manilla refuse to connect me to someone here in the US. I have been trying for 2 days and every time they refuse to connect me. I have spoken to reps from there and things have always gotten screwed up. I am at the point of cancelling my service and going to Comcast…which I ABSOLUTELY hate. I know this will not get any response and I am sure it won’t do any good. I will be completely shocked if any of the higher people give a damn about my and other people who are upset and completely disappointed in the service that we are now getting since AT&T owns Direct. Before the take over Direct was an excellent company now that same customer service does not exist.
I was watching Casualties of War when a local storm blocked my reception. I have not been able to locate this movie again to watch the last hour. Can you tell me when this will be shown again?

I requested & received a replacement remote control, this year. It has not functioned effectively, even with new batteries, aiming it at the tv at various positions, plus putting variable pressures on the selections, making me believe that you had sent me a refurbished unit.
Please send me a NEW unit, that will work correctly.
