Vodafone Customer Care Executives do not provide any valuable support to customers. Balance to my account have been debited even though I have not dialed or SMS since May 2019. Every e-mail is responded to frustrate customers. Each executive is responding without reading the mail trail since lodging the complaint.
I have recharged my vodafone number on 5th June 2019 for Rs.509, which is having three months data plan and unlimited call pack for 3 months
On 10th August 2019(Just within 1 month) i received SMS that my data pack has been deactivated.
When i checked with customer care executive they are mentioning that one more recharge has been happened within a week for Rs.169(one month data pack), which deactivated my 509 pack.
Now my question is who has activated this Rs.169 datapack, Is this Vodafone strategy to make customer to recharge the plan again and thus benefiting the vodafone? Even if i ask the log of 169 datapack they are unable to provide any details.
Why Vodafone is fooling the customers? I have called vodafone for 3 times yesterday and they confirmed issue will be resolved within 24hours, Now its been more than 24hours they are POSTPONING the ticket resolution for the next day. On what basis vodafone is handling the priority of the calls? Why don’t they support the customer issues?
Many other networks have free data plans and Low cost data plans for long duration, Since I am using the Vodafone network from past 8 years and in my entire home we have 5 vodafone users, we continued to prefer vodafone, now i am really pissed off with this network and helpless customer executives. I prefer not to recommend vodafone.
For the first complaint you are registering a ticket by providing 24 hours resolution, and for the 2nd call from the customer you are registering the 2nd ticket by providing next day resolution. Is this the way you handle the customers? Is vodafone lacking with the process of handling issues?
When i can get resolution for my ticket, if you cannot resolve this issue let me know the process of porting
I am using a Vodafone number just for receiving OTPs and have my SIM card loaded on a basic phone Vodafone billing application is intelligent enough and network extremely capable that 10 GB data was used in a single day. And now I have been charged Rs500/- for it.
Vodafone customer services were disgusting.Id been overcharged and complaint since 11th March nothing happened. I’m on my plan but overcharged me on my direct debit. Once my 2 year plan off I will never ever use Vodafone again. Sucks

I made numerous phone call on toll free number for sorting out my problem that SMS are not being sent or received on any number but no action has been taken so far. Every time your executives put unecessary questions instead of rectify the error. Now I am left with no option but to close/port this number… poor service… deputed time consuming executives
Worst network and very poor service .No value for money
The only reason i have been stuck with vodafone is i am lazy run behind V cares,I have been visiting v care centers from couple of months but every time i am hearing only one dialogue “Sorry sir, system error we can not process your request now”.
but without fail i will get bill on time and with out any notice monthly tariff will rise.
The bottom line is “I am not at all satisfied with this network” I do not want to suggest any of my friends .

I am really frustrated that even after activation of International SMS pack on my vodafone number 91-9923111564 not has been started.
I had a call with Customer Executive on 05th Oct and according to him he has started on the same day. But when my travel was started on 06th Oct, then I come to that International SMS service not has been activated.
I am not able to see network tower in my mobile therefore, obviously will not get any SMS on phone.
Kindly treat this as urgent complaint as I have to do lots of important work and can´t do without this India number.
My current location is Madrid, Spain.

This is to bring to your notice that, there is serious network issue which iam facing most of the time. Even after repeated complains i don’t get any permanent resolution of this.
The best resolution what i have got till now is they have installed one booster at my home. Interesting thing is sometimes even if the booster is ON my calls are not getting completed. Even i face the same issue when outdoor.
When i write an email to customer care the just reply …someone from network team will contact you withing 10days.This has been a regular practice since past 6 months. When i speak to customer care they say no plans for improving the network issue for another 8-9 months. Now in this situation what would you suggest me to do?????
The network really sucks. Its not only me who is telling this. Its the same issue with all the Vodafone customers whom i know personally.
One of the worst telecom service provider. Now i understand the revenue model of Vodafone Postpaid … first they will hide some useful info and slowly start charging on various services without your consent. Calling customer support is futile as there are no responses to your complaints. Postpaid customers must be aware of false charges laid. Please beware of any activation or de-activation.
Facing problem in making online payment for past 2 days. I have been told its problem with the Vodafone wesite, problem with the browser that I am using(I have tried 3 different browsers), congestion the Vodafone site. And I should make the payment through IVR or vodafone store so the services are not disrupted. Tried to talk to a Manager 3 times in Vodafone care but my call was disconnected all 3 times after waiting for 18 mins for first call, 22 mins second call and 19 mins on third call. Writing to nodal office now.
Despite not accessing internet on my mobile, Vodafone has charged me and I now see a reduced balance. It has happened over 3 times.

I am not able to make outgoing calls since yesterday and Customer service is pathetic, they are telling me to switch off and on to resolve, which i did atleast for 10times. nothing is working out. I am highly disappointed to inform that Vodafone Customer Care Service for Delhi Circle is really ill trained. I am using HTC Wildfire and have been calling Customer care since 5 days for my MSISDN 9953080527 but still no resolution. The problem which I am facing is that I am not able to connect to the Internet. I spoke to n number of customer care associate and no one is able to resolve the problem. I have tried all the way viz. Manual Settings, Sent Message to receive OTA settings but since I am using an Android 2.1 Device I am not able to receive OTA settings.
Still I am having a hope that my problem will be solved ASAP. If something can be done than please help me.

I have htc wildfire phone. In phone menu – system – about phone – phone identity – phone number (unknown).
That is to say phone number is not dispayed in the phone identity. Due to this there are few softwares that I am not able to use.
All that someone in Vodaphone technical dept has to do is to use the tool ” Send MSISDN to SIM” and my phone number will be shown in my phone identity.
Wasted half hour talking to technical dept and they could not figure out what it is!
Please help and program my SIM with my phone number. Because of this I am not able to use at least 2 important software.

I have called up almost 7 times at Telephone +91 9619215000 today, to get in touch with HR department at Lower Parel.
But the Vodafone services are so quality rich that i didnt got chance to get connected even once.Reception is so well framed that rings were going on and on but no one bothered to pick up call.
All praises goes the technology Vodafone is driving the company with….
