I have been buying Samsung products for years now and never had cause to complain. Until I moved to indonesia. I had a problem with my galaxy s6 edge charging. After looking on the net and speaking to the samsung call centre I was assured that i could get the charging port replaced. I visited my local Samsung service centre only to be told I had to pay to have the screen replaced too. (The screen is fine).they said it was a part of the charging port This would add 2 million ir to the bill. I feel that they are trying to get money out of me for none essential repairs.
