Purchased a pair of old navy gray jeans a little over 2 weeks ago. First pair arrives with the bottom of the left pants leg has a black stain. I call customer service and get a refund and return label to send defective jeans back. I really wanted the jeans so I reordered them. Package arrived. Same black stain, same area. It’s like they mailed the first pair. So repeat. I call cust. service, get return receipt and reorder jeans. Same thing on the third pair. I give up.
I have tried for days to get into my account by website and it keeps saying I am using wrong e mail or password. It is ridiculous I can’t get in and I talked to a supervisor, she said start over, get rid of and clear out cookies well. If you can’t get in how do you clear your cookies? No one wants to help so I guess they just lost another customer and by the looks of the rating they dont care and don’t try to call, they hang up on you.
The store used to carry so many good perfume scents. Specifically, VELVET WOODS & MAGNOLIA by kindred goods. They ended up discontinuing it !!! I bought 4 bottles over a year ago and thank goodness I did but it’s extremely unfortunate because anytime I wear it I get an insane amount of compliments saying I smell amazing. I always tell them where I got it but that it’s discontinued now. I just finished my last bottle yesterday. I knew this day was coming for a while now. I’ve been searching for new scents but nothing compares to that one ? I’ve seen people are selling them on eBay for $50+ which is ridiculous because it’s originally $12! Anyways, Old Navy please bring it back ? I was a loyal employee for 2 years???
I’ve ordered maternity pants, regular size but they came in short. Spoke with customer service which was terrible but reordered regular size & returned the other. Received my package & it’s short … again!!! Customer service won’t help me either it’s terrible. I need jeans & they keep sending me the short ones !!
I’m having the same exact problem. I ordered my jeans regular and they sent me short. I’ve returned them once and reordered them just to receive my them short again and like you said customer service is no help all they can do for me is send me a return label.
I purchased a pair of jeans on 10/01/2022 and hated the fit. I wasn’t able to return these jeans until today,11/3/2022. The jeans were never used, the tags are still on and I have the receipt. But, since I was 2 days past the 30 day stupid return policy, I am stuck with a pair of jeans that are way to big for me. Old Navy doesn’t offer store credit or gift card- its ridiculous and awful customer service. I am highly disappointed to say the least…
Placed a order thinking my items would be here by the time my grandson was born! Never received it on the so called delivery date. Spoke to customer service only for them to have a date for 2days later. Me being kind ill wait the 2days only for my order to still be in Texas that day! Called back in customer service is the WORST!! They over talk you, don’t LISTEN to comprehend! Then have the audacity to refund or make decisions without you authorizing or even telling them to do so!! They mess up your order then your stuff isn’t in stock! Ohh but the supervisor wanna do whatever to satisfy you but hesitant to discount or act like his hands are tied. Place another order because they screwed up what I really wanted!
You now carry Plus sizes in store which is Great. However, your voting styles do not flatter the plus size woman.
Your tops are mainly more of a crop top style, plus size woman need a little more coverage, a regular or little longer cut top.
Your dresses are all body hugging, spaghetti strap style, layered style and the cut is not flattering to a plus size body. For the past few years you made a sleeveless, A-line knit swing dresses that were cute & flattering, also some w/short sleeves.
Even your Active wear tops are all cut short, nothing long to coverage the stomach area.
I used to shop at Old Navy alit, but this year the styles are just unflattering, not geared toward the plus size woman. You just can’t make a style that fits/flatters a size 8, 10, 12 & think that will flattering the 2,3,4X person since you now carry those sizes.
Old Navy’s customer service is terrible! I will never order from them again! The package the send has no return label or packing slips! The package only has the product in it! You have to fight to get a return label! I do not have a printer, asked if they could mail me one from U S post office! No they would not! They said the reason I did not get a return label was because of COVID! What a joke! They lost me as a customer!
I have a suggestion, since women plus sizes are available in the stores, I would love to see this happen in the kids section too. Plus size kids are very hard to buy for online so having the convenience of trying on in the store would be amazing!
I’ve called, emailed, called again. My package was marked as delivered. There was somebody home, no delivery received. They kept telling me to wait and ask my neighbors, and I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. $80 down the hole because they can’t communicate.
You guys lose our packages and hang up on us. That’s somehow our problem. I have proof my stuff isn’t coming, but nothing will be done. I looked at status and my package is in lost and found. Old navy call center asked me to use the internet and not to call them so here we are. Enjoy my free $$.
WOW!!!! I can’t believe the number of people with the SAME SHIPPING ISSUE!!!! Disgraceful! What’s really crazy is the app containing all their stores. Yet two Banana Republic orders placed two weeks ago shipped to correct address. Ten days later my items shipped in two separate packages both going to the incorrect address! “Chat” rep couldn’t give a shit! Told my I checked out as a guest! Not true! Why would I type all info as opposed to logging in and have it pre-filled. I contacted them well in advance of my items shipping. Their response was tuff … no can do! I have UPS Choice Plus where I can change my shipping location. However, contacting them was just as useless. They claim Old Navy would be the ones who could change address. Now I have no merchandise and two vendors that could care less! I will hesitate ordering online again. If it had been an expensive item I’d really be angry!
I had the same problem just 5 days ago, and I have not been able to get any response at all from them!! All I ordered was 2 pair of boxers and a package of socks for my son. Somehow cost me $30!!!!! Done shopping with them!
I ordered a pair of ski bibs and a jacket hoping they would be here before the snow flies in Colorado they were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago still have not been shipped still don’t know where they’re at this is a little outrageous for a well-known company I will never make the mistake of ordering here again.
Let me just start by saying if I could rate NO STARS that would be more accurate. I placed an order 2 weeks ago.. text notification states order should arrive in 3 days. Received several more texts stating order has been delayed. Finally after 2 weeks of waiting, I get a text notification stating my order was delivered (YAY)!!!!! However, I get home, look around my residence and no package is to be found. I call customer care and they want me to confirm my shipping address. They proceeded to tell me that wasn’t the correct address and they wouldn’t tell me where it was shipped too. I applied for an old navy card same day as my order. Went through the link in the email to use the new card that day. I received my card to my CORRECT billing and shipping address. Customer care is NOT helpful at all….. now I have an order that I can’t get, a credit card bill to pay and no merchandise. New bathing suits for my daughter for SUMMER and she can’t even enjoy them!!!! I have been shopping here since 2001 when I was pregnant with my son. No other stores had quality clothing or a selection like yours. Now I have a daughter and I have been shopping at your store for her now also for almost 10 years.
Placed an order; however, my full address did not show. Immediately called customer service to update my address prior to package being shipped. Was told I would need to contact UPS to provide them with the correct address. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and major inconvenience, will never shop at Old Navy again!
I tried to purchase pants with the 30% discount shown on your website. I called customer service and they said it was showing 34.99 on the website. I was very disappointed that they could not resolve this discrepancy.
I purchased 2 pairs of pants for my daughter there for our vacation. Because of covid, we didn’t feel comfortable trying stuff on in the dressing room so we took them home to try
Because we live about an hour away and personal reasons, I didnt get back to the store until 60 days afterwards. The manager would not return my items because of the 45 day policy. She was very unfriendly and because of covid I could not believe they didnt make exceptions. This was at the Wausau, WI store. Very disappointing.
I called your Cust Svc and was told to send an email. I’m wondering why you stopped giving a code, for getting a discount, after taking the survey. I spent a lot at Old Navy and the 10% coupon helps. I will not take any surveys from now on. I asked at the store and they said the company is still giving the 10% which is not true. Store suggested I call Old Navy. Rep told me to email Cust Svc & they would email me a discount coupon.
