About Elante Mall
Elante Mall is the largest shopping mall in Chandigarh opened in the year 2013. With retail space of over 1 million. sq. ft., the mall is home to several leading national and international brands, has an entertainment zone, bowling alley, hypermarket, 8 screen multiplex (PVR Cinemas) and food court. Spread across 20 acres, the mall also has an office complex and a luxury hotel catering to premium guests. Developed by L&T Realty, the mall was sold to Mumbai’s Carnival Group in 2015.

The staff at Exit gates was slow in right most lane at 9 pm on 24 June 2022. Queue moved slowly in this lane. Need to compare his output with his peers and shift him to some other duty as per his aptitude. If nobody from Elante reads these comments, expect more inefficiency in days to come.
I went to Ellante Offices today on 9th April 2019 for giving my Pearson test. I have to report for my test at 7:30 AM and I reached their at 7:00 AM at Gate No 3,. As I have to park my car in the car parking area , I approached the gate and security guard told me to wait for 10 minutes as they don’t have the parking staff available with them. I waited for 15 minutes and security guard told me that I have to wait again for 15 more minute or have to park the vehicle in the open parking, which is behind the office building. As I was running out of time, I went to open parking area and parked my car. It’s my suggestion to Ellante staff to be more cordial and humble while dealing with the visitor’s.
I don’t understand, if the test is scheduled, why there staff was not on-time. I could have missed my exam due to this behavior of the staff.
The woman at the security duty at the front gate entry was very rude and unpleasant (17 Feb). No courtesy or politeness training. I went back and shopped elsewhere. This security woman was on the right side when facing the security kiosk.
I would like to share my experience regarding security at Elante Mall. I have an 8-month old daughter. I went to Elante today and was waiting for my husband outside FunCity (opposite Cinnabon in front of PVR ticket counter). My daughter was in the pram and the diaper bag was hanging behind the pram on pram handle. I had kept one hand on my daughter’s head to be sure about her safety. The other hand was near the handle to make sure that the bag was there. Suddenly, I felt something near me. A sweeperess was trying to clean the floor under the pram with her broom. When I tried to see her face, she quickly turned her face away and started walking the opposite side with her back towards me. I could not see her face. Before I could react, the sweeperess had gone far away. I realised that the whole hall was empty. There was ample place to clean. Why was she cleaning under my baby’s pram only? Then it occurred to me that she was trying to grab hold of something. She would have either picked up my baby or any valuable from the diaper bag. If these are the kind of people that are hired at Elante Mall, I should reconsider going to the mall again. People, their children and their valuables are not safe at Elante. I am highly disappointed…… I would like Elante people to take an action against that lady…
