Three years ago i purchased a APC inverter model no BR600CI-IN.1 Year ago it began to show trouble. inefficiency to hold charge was the problem.Your serice man (kerala,ernakulam) compelled me to replace the battery worth Rs 1000.After 2-3 weeks same complaint popped up again.Then your man repaired my board and charged me again.The next day itself it began to show back up problem.my PC got damaged now.I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT.

Purchased an APC inverter from Viveks, T. Nagar on 05 May 2013. Despite repeated calls, no person turned out for installation till date. Even direct calls to APC India, Chennai are not being reponded.

I have Back-UPS RS600 there is 3 output socket , can i connect entire 600 va load in to one output socket.
I have purchased an APC inveter and APC batteries last year from Salia systems in Chennai, India. After 10 months the battery was able to backup only for 30 mins with just 2 tube lights and 1 fan. I was following up with the dealer for more than 3 months after which he asked me to contact APC directly for support. Again APC support personnel delayed it by more than 2 weeks and finally mentioned that water level need to be filled up regularly. Again after 3 months the performance have deteriorated. So THINK TWICE BEFORE OPTING FOR APC BATTERIES since the after sales service is the worst.
