I had a Malayalam world pack but several channels were missing . To our dissappointment lot of channels in the package cannot be viewed. This had happened earlier also. The call center staff has only one thing to say “Technical Error”. I have told her to activate all the channels which i am eligible to watch. We cannot keep calling the customer service and waste our time. Poor service from sundirect.

I wish to change my mobile number in my SUN Direct Customer Login. I can change only the password when I checked. Now only I renewed my Sun Direct package for Malayalam Super Package for One year. Even I agree with the comments above. The dealers are providing the worst service I have ever seen. And whenever we go for the next recharge, the price is increased. Now whats gonna be the difference between you people and the local cable operators, at least they provide a better service.

It’s the WORST customer care service experience of my life!!!!!!!!!. Don’t even bother calling them as you are not going to get through to them in days. To describe it in one word, it’s pathetic!!!!!!! .

Worst Customer Care in india. While starting the SUN DIRECT services they had toll free no.for every one. Now it has changed and customers are being charged. They are treating customers like beggars.
