Good morning, I’m a Norwegian citizen living in the Philippines.
I want to buy a Lenovo laptop, with NORWEGIAN letters. They are sold I Norway, hoping you can provide me one to avoid traveling 24 hours with 3 consecutive flights EACH direction!
Best regards Einar.
Back in September 2016, I have bought a Ideapad 100 i5 notebook from one of your distributors in SM Megamall. During that time there was a promo that says that the item i have purchased comes with a Lenovo Phablet. So I have gone to your branch there for the purpose of redeeming my freebie just to hear that I would have to wait for two weeks to claim since they have no stock of the phablet yet. So I came back to the same branch after two weeks only to know that it’s not there yet. Due to that, your staff told me that they will just contact me once the phablet arrives. However, two months after I did not hear any updates from that staff. So i follow-up again. And I was surprised when the contact person said that I would not be able to claim the phablet anymore because I did not follow-up earlier. I insisted that it’s not my responsibility to keep on following-up. In the end they told me that the person I talked to back in September (two months ago), was already replaced by another personnel. I talked to that person and she told me that she will put my name in their priority list. 2016 ended and I decided to call them again in January. I only got a promise saying it will be given before February. However it is already March now and when I followed-up again, the contact person told me that the staff in-charge for redemption was already pulled-out and redemption shall be directly followed-up to Lenovo Philippines.
It’s really annoying and time-wasting to keep hearing the excuses of your staffs. And the situation right now where I as a customer feels that you are not being fair. If you can’t fulfill the promises you make in this promotion, then what will be the customers think about your promos? Isn’t this some kind of false advertisement?
I lost my phone lenovo model unit a7000,I buy my lenovo last December 2015 at trinoma mall..just want to know if there’s a chance that I can track my phone or requesting to shutdown the phone?I still have the imei number of my phone.
Thank you.
Bought two cellphones from Lazada (LENOVO S 90) . Delivered on Aug 24. On September 5, one of the units does not charge while the other unit to this point “hangs” and displays suddenly that the battery is dead. It carries no warranty but my point is how come at this age the quality of the products you sell are below par? It s understandable if it is a start up brand but Lenovo has been in existence since 1984. Also the after sales service sucks. Bad publicity for your products. Will not buy again and will NOT recommend to any of my acquaintances.
Bought a Lenovo G470, I was able to use it after 10 days because I was too busy installing softwares. After 3 days of using it, it blank! Took it to Lenovo SM Marikina, they checked and after a week, they texted me that the problem was the laptop’s motherboard. At first, they insisted that the warranty already expired, emailed them the copy of the proof of purchase which was October 24, 2012. I texted them, no reply. I visited the store, and they asked me to show the proof of purchase photocopied despite the fact that I emailed a copy already. I was told that it will be repaired after 2 weeks.
Three weeks have passed, I called, I was told it was a holiday. I called after 2 days, and they told me that they texted me, i insisted that i did not receive any message from them, and I texted them and there was no reply! I was told that they are voiding my warranty due to the following reasons: there was a short circuit caused by the usb port, “mali daw pagkaka-insert” how could that be? And if the laptop indeed has water droplets inside, the black-out should have transpired since day 1.
The technician suggested that they will replace the motherboard and I asked how much. They gave me an estimate of 20,000+. Told him the i bought the laptop for only 26,000! He said, “Netbook palang po na motherboard ‘yan, may isang customer nga din po na nagtanong, nagalit din nu’ng nalaman na 22,000, e 23,000 lang ‘yung halaga ng netbook…”
Very bad experience with Lenovo. Will be a lesson am gonna remember for a long time.

I recently bought a lenovo S10-3 at a shop in starmall. After 2 days, i cannot log in any more. It automatically shuts down. I immediatelly called the store and they told me to bring the unit for servicing and possible replacement since it was bought 2 days ago and it is covered by a 7 days replacement. So in good faith, i took the unit and was told to wait for a day. After series of follow ups, i was able to get the unit after 3 weeks, and later was given a piece which they said was new. They in fact have given me the same piece with some minor changes. I might take this to the consumer court.
I would like to ask if when we purchase any of your products, can we receive discounts just like any government office since our school is a public school and a non-profit institution. I am asking this since we are planning to purchase 6 laptops or desktops for our physics laboratory. Hope to receive any response from you as soon as possible.
please call the Lenovo numbers given on this page..their sales dept should be able to give you a discount on this..
