    Hi!
    I don’t know if this is the correct email to discuss about this but anyway. I bought my laptop last year in Augusti and after 4 months the battery started to make problems. My laptop did not last more than 1 hour without the charger, and slowly until now it does not last more than 5 minutes. And i don’t Think that this is okay for a brand new laptop which was not cheap as well. I know the guarantte is only for one year but still it still new and has many problems. This month, each time i take out the charger from the laptop the whole screen starts to blink and i dont Think either that this is acceptable. It is also sometimes slow. So i really need you to help me with this one. No customer should buy a laptop and within the first year face these problems.
