    I bought my items unfortunately they didn’t fit, I asked for an exchange or refund but they didn’t give me that option , instead they offered me a voucher but STILL I had to pay the same amount of what they are owing me . I don’t know how and when that voucher works.

  2. I agree people who are negative about zando, they do not keep their promise. I bought one earphone 1 month ago, but have not got it, they always tell me it is on the way, but at least i need to know where it is.

  3. Made an order and payed with EFT but Zando keeps asking me for proof of payment which I emailed to their email that does not work and the customer service number that does not work… What must I do now this is annoying

  4. I have purchased a pair of shorts and they are too big. I would like to exchange them for a smaller size as per my last three emails with no reply.
    Please may someone let me know what the process is.

I have bought a dress and it was delivered last week Tueday the 22nd of January 2019,it was not fitting me,i went on the zando app to look for the return option which i could not find,i have sent an email that very same evening requesting a return,with no respone,i have sent another email 2 days later with still no response,I tried calling several times but no one answers the call at zando,I would like immediate assistance becaue it states the return must be logged within 14 days,so if I do not get response before 14 days it cannot be my problem because i have logged the return via email the same day the dress was delivered.Kindly note customer service is very important,i request urgent feedback.My order number is : 204554937 and the product code for return is SKU:AX996AA58AAZZAFAS-980552

  6. VERY DISAPOINTED WITH ZANDO

    IN A FEW DAYS TIME, IT WILL BE ONE MONTH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS I HAVE PAID MONEY FOR. THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE CALL AND YOU END UP HOLIDING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR WITH NO RESPONSE.THEY DONT ANSWER ANY EMAILS.MY TRACKING SAYS I MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HOW DO I DO THAT IF I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE.

    THIS IS THE WORSE ONLINE SHOPPING STORE EXPERCIANCE EVER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PATHETIC SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANYONE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK , I DONT EVEN WANT THE GOODS ANYMORE BECAUSE I AM SO ANNOYED.

  7. I am very disappointed I ordered a dress and it was to small. I logg a return and then immediately purchase another one on COD because I have credit on the dress I returned. The very next day the dress was collected but nothing about the dress the bigger size.
    On the 10th of December the dress was accepted at the warehouse after it was send off on 04 December 2018.
    I checked on friday morning it still was on processing status.
    When I checked my emails this morning I saw its been dispatch. Two weeks after it was ordered where I ordered it for a event in that week of purchase.

    Very disappointing. I emailed to asked how I go about by changing the COD to the voucher I received of the returned dress after it was send on the 10th still no feedback.

    I got a voucher for my credit but I now want my money and I want to cancel my order 201219157

    I am not happy with the service I received

    To date I have not received a reply re my email for an update on my order placed on the 03rd December 2018.

    Also, no one seems to be working at Zando as there is no one answering calls.

    I have also left a comment on the Facebook page as well as sent messages in Facebook messenger and still no reply.

    This is shocking and I have never had appalling service like this from Zando.

    To everyone shopping online in SA, rather shop abroad. Although shopping periods are lengthy, I will know were my parcel is and what I have paid for.

  9. Good Afternoon, i have been calling your number since this morning and every time i call i hold on for more than 10min my last call i made i had to hold for more than 15min i had to hang up the call as no one is answering.

    i am trying to confirm if my order will be delivered tomorrow as we are closing our offices early Friday for the holidays.

    No one responded to my emails i sent to Services and Complaints.

    I called your number last week Friday and the consultant informed me that she will send a request that my order be delivered to me latest Thursday 13 Dec 2018. I am just trying to confirm if this will happen as the status on Zando’s website still shows items is being processed, i purchased 11 items not sure if that will cause a delay or hold up.

    can someone please call me back or give me some sort of feedback.

    I placed my order on the 5th of December 2018 and was expecting my order to be here by latest this week. We will be closing Friday and the courier will not find anyone at the office after this as i will be on leave.

    Please, please, please, get back to me urgently.

    This is my first time buying from Zando’s and for me to experience such service after purchasing my goods is not a good reflection.

    No one answers the phone.
    I placed an order on the 7th December, by the 12th there has been no movement on my order. This is the first and last time I order from Zando.

I am extremely disappointed by Zando, I ordered 2 pair of boots on the 25/11/18 but until today 11/12/18 I haven’t received my order the only thing they did is to confirm that that they received my payment. I am disappointed and frustrated at the same time with the service. I have sent emails and no one picks up the calls nor reply to emails.

    I am super dissapointed in Zando. I have been ordering items and got some pretty good items and at a pretty good prices. Having said that I feel reluctant to buy again from Zando. I actually convinced a colleague of mine to buy from you guys and her first experience is a bad one. The worst part about it is that you guys really don’t care. I am finishing up at work tomorrow, Thursday 12 November 2018 and I won’t have my order.

    Good luck with your poor service. Just remember “Word of Mouth is still the best publicity, good or bad and in your case BAD”.

  13. I have placed orders on the 26th and 28th November and my orders have not been delivered despite receiving emails stating my order has been shipped, with past dates.

    I am very disappointed with the level of service. I also cannot get through on the telephone lines and some of my orders are Christmas gifts.

After numerous emails and a million phones call ZANDO still wishes not to reply to any emails or answer their calls. i have placed my first order with yourselves the money was deducted from account and yet my app indicates that there is no order . i cannot track order not can i get hold of ZANDO. your service is pathetic. How do u not reply to your customers that keeps your company going. i want my money back or i want the item that i purchased. What is the use of getting an order number but there is no order .

  15. No clue of the item ordered, no status of delivery and. The third day in a row and no one is picking up calls at given customer care number, even e-mail which was given on the website does not seem to be responsive. Pathetic post-sale service.

    I am very disappointed at the quality of the Crocs I purchased from Zando in November. ORDER 203393559

    My dad has been complaining since he got the crocs that the bottom sole is hurting his foot. We have been thinking that maybe if he wears it more the dots on the sole would eventually stop hurting him. He has not had a problem with the other pair he has. Im very angry, please urgently get back to me with a solution to this problem

    I am trying to order my clothing but it says that I only qualify for a standard delivery option. The total cost of my order is R951 and I would like a next day delivery for tomorrow, but for some reason this option does not appear.

  19. I cannot believe how unhappy this experience with Zando makes me. I have shopped with them for the past year in small quantities. Now I ordered an order of 10 items and am waiting a full 2 weeks for my order to arrive. The site says that my order was dispatched on the 04/4 but today the 12/4 I have still have not received it. I call every day but they do not answer…finally when they answered, I was told they will investigate but no one is calling me back. I sent several emails to their service desk and their complaints but after 8 emails no one has responded. I want my money back. A R1000 order is still in the wind and nobody at Zando cares.
