Hello , on the 21/07/17 my order was shipped with the order number of UL1711190424168102 and the tracking number is LVS1376360001613801. I used standard shipping and still haven’t received my order. Money has been taken out of my account but nothing has been delivered. Could you please help?
Hi there my daughter purchased a dress ( order# UL1705201056361177)there was a problem where the dress was delivered on June 1 and we never received it. We contacted USPS and they claimed it was delivered. It was delivered to a wrong address and someone actually brought it to my home. So her dress was not stolen!!!! Now we have a bigger issue it does not fit!! What is your return policy? Can we have a refund only because it will not arrive on time for my daughter’s graduation. Please let me know your policy so I can go ahead and send it back.
