Today I bought a pumpkin pie that was so small it should have been called a pumpkin tart. I believe I paid $5.99 this year for a pie that was $3.99 last year. I have always been a good customer but I am extremely annoyed at a lot of things at your store now. Lots of empty shelves of common stock items.
Winn Dixie 10915 Baymeadows Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32256 We want to acknowledge Yelena (Staff Pharmacist) for her human ability, diligence and hospitality. She fully complies with your policy of supporting the community and serve the causes that impact your consumers. We are a Colombian family (father, mother and 2 sons: César, Astrid, Andrés and David) who are looking for days in the USA for the J&J vaccine for covid 19 without success. Yelena made us proud of this country by discovering that there are people who care about the needs of others – she was diligent in finding out what was necessary to legalize our vaccine and she was very professional in explaining everything to us and doing the pharmaceutical procedures. Congratulations Winn Dixie for having such a human quality staff member – this is how we found to acknowledge his great work. Thanks.

Hey guys, went into my favorite WD this morning to return a large portion of ground beef I bought just the day before. This is Memorial Day weekend, and I was starting the grill early. The beef was grey/brown color with a weird odor when we opened the plastic. How did it go from a beautiful color the day before, to that spoiled mess in less then 24 hours? I walked in and the young cashier that’s always there early (short skinny oriental young man with short hair). He informed me that “technically customer service is closed”, and kindly walked off with arms folded…wow. So, I had to ask again if he would get someone to help me, because he left me standing there by myself…wow.
He didn’t seem very happy about having to go in the back and talking to a manager. He came back and asked me what I needed, and went back to the back to relay the information. The manager came out and told me I could go to back and get another package.
I get to the back, and holy moly…lol. Half the ground beef was brown/grey looking…wow. Memorial Day weekend guys, come on. Beautiful day on Florida, we’re all grilling this weekend. Coming from retail leadership, might I suggest at least walking your store before you open. Social media, and cell phones are the new normal guys. I write this with no malicious intentions, I was just blown away with the whole experience. Hope this helps.
I shop at Winndixie regularly, I watch the sales and use the coupons, I use my app.as well (the new app is glitch). My issue comes when you have a sale that started today, london broil and there is not one in the meat case. This happens on a regular basis. From oil to butter bogo not even a spot for them. I’m getting tired of planning out my shopping trip being coaxed in to your store with sales that aren’t real. If WinnDixie is going to have a sale then have the products. If this was a occasional occurrence I wouldn’t bother you with it. It’s almost weekly. Oil was bogo and there wasn’t even a spot for it???
Love shopping at my local Winn Dixie but I don’t like the way WD has changed the rewards apps! For the last 2 weeks it has caused me to miss my mystery bonus points! Please change this back like it was!!
Went to Wildwood, Fl Winn Dixie tonight. Girl running reg 7 would not stop what she was doing and ring us up. Just kept staring, until we walked away to self service. Did not want to check out at self service. Another customer walked to her counter, she stopped what she was doing and waited on them. Self service got hung up said we had to wait for someone to come over, with the light flashing we waited a good 5 min while 2 employees talked to each other. I walked out, my husband stayed and waited. Not a good experience
You have just lost a customer. Some people the only time they can shop is at night and you have one register open but you have a bagger and 2 people at the service desk and there is a line at the register. If you have a large order it makes it pretty hard to use your self checkout. I can go to publux at night and they always have plenty of registers open. I use to live shopping at the Margate store because it was convenient from where I live but if I can’t have more people working, I will no longer being shopping with this store. If you have to shop at night do not go here.
The store is in the Peppertree Plaza Margate, Fl
Horrific issue at Palmetto store…wrong prices, kept us waiting at register for 1/2 hour, couldn’t find the prices even when one item was 10 feet away. No sorry, no thanks for your business. Five women, including one “manager” all involved and we didn’t get all our items because “we can’t tell how much they are” and we got charged for some we didn’t get! Unbelievable. They acted like they were doing us a favor, not getting our business. Real Einsteins working there!
I shop at the local store in West Palm frequently however that has come to an end today. I purchased chicken tenders and was over charged $15.99 for 3 yes I said 3 chicken tenders and when I returned for a refund I was basically told that they didn’t make chicken tenders that day and there is nothing they could do. After having my receipt and a photo of said chicken tenders. Shocks me that the issue just wasn’t resolved, instead I’m basically a liar. So Publix you just gained a new customer. Good Ridden
Where have the smaller carts gone that some of us seniors liked to use. They are great for bottled water to put in. I know of 4 people that are now shopping at Publix. Their carts are large but less heavy than yours and there is always someone to help. They have played games with our small carts by hiding them every once and awhile. If you like to lose customers you have bit off more than you can chew.Publix is the same distance from home and service for Seniors is another reason to switch. I am aware of four others that will not come back. So much for customer service.
I went shopping at Winn Dixie in key west, Florida today. I was very upset. The Employees were standing around talking, no one can was sanitizing or cleaning the shopping carts, there was no sanitizer. I will not shop at this store again. I will go to Publix.
