Extremely disappointed with the service and how they have handled reservations. We are traveling as a family with an infant and have already specifically requested for a check-in time, but instead we only managed to check in at 4pm (we booked for 3 rooms and still not all rooms were available at 4pm) because of some guest with some Elite membership status has checked out late. After approaching the desk THREE times only they offered to check us in a room at different floor (still not all rooms were made available). Extremely disappointed!
Firstly i would to thank suresh kana Assistant Manager of Seasonal taste. We are extremely happy and satisfied with his service last week. He was very accommodative and helpful. I have reserved 6 seats for a buffet dinner on the 20th dec,but however we had extra 2 more person joining to celebrate my sisters birthday, he fulfiled our request eventhough we made last minute reservations. Me and my family memebers had a great dinner with his extra service. Once again we would like to thank the hotel and management for the memorable evening..

I will like to make a complain on your hotel about the free complimentary parking. As my guest check in this morning so I drove my car and park at the carpark of Westin. As I approach the hotel concierge then I found out they can’t issue me a free parking. And I will like to highlight that mostly the hotel in Singapore they provide free complimentary parking coupon. And your hotel is a five star hotel which can’t even provide such service. It’s totally disappointed and in the end I got to pay the parking fees at my own expenses. Please advise and hope u all can do something on the parking problem as most of my guest mostly stay in your hotel as they visit Singapore for meeting. And kindly get back to me and I hope u all will do the necessary services for the in house guests. Thank u and hope to get yr email soon.
