I had ordered a package on the six and I never received my order I did not know that this company was a sham I should have realized you but I spent $280 and I would like to know where my items at or I need my refund back so I’m will be canceling everything that I do with it
I ordered two pairs of trainers from this company. I understand I wasn’t ordering the real original items but still expected the quality to be better than it was after hearing good things. I have put I a refund request which was denied until I provided photos of the poor quality and glue hanging off the shoes etc so I sent that proof and was told it would be processed in a day or 2, that was 2 weeks ago now and I still have heard nothing from them! So frustrating. I don’t think I will be using them again
I ordered 2 electrical items from you, it was 2 tablets from the company afsafas55. Unfortunately I never received the order and I now have an invoice for 82.18 euros.
The package was delivered to the wrong address, where someone refused to accept it because it was not his package.
The German post office sent the package back to the seller on November 7th, 2020. I have emailed proof images to the vova team several times.
I also wrote to the afsafas55 store more than 20 times by email without receiving any feedback.
As I have no other contact details from the seller and my refund keeps getting declined. In a last email I asked the vova team to contact the seller and to inform the seller that the package is on its way back because the seller sent the package to a wrong address.

I order 19 items from you, yesterday I received 16 of them, when I opened the package I got shocked, all the clothes didn’t represent the pictures, the quality was rubbish, I am very disappointed Refund my money 134.83£ are a lot of money to threw them ok, you cheated people by showing different clothes and they received different, I threw them in the bins all of them, those clothes are very dangerous for peoples health, the products don’t follow the health and safety, the quality of the material for those clothes are unknown, the worst, refund my money
I like many others stupidly ordered 4 items from these cowboys in March 2020 they said the items would be out by 11th June still not here 18th June. The fact that we cannot speak to customer services and you Google them there’s just an email address for queries. I’m waiting till the 20th if none of these items turn up I’m reporting Vova to TRADE AND STANDARDS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Rab.
I placed orders in march for 3 items which I still have not recieved I requested a refund on these items but was refused on the bases that my items were in transit u keep giving me dates I will receive these items but evry time that date arrives and passes u give me another 1 I’m sorry but I am not happy with this I have not really had a problem before but am really sick of this now so would like some action please
Yes it says that I would get tracking numbers for my items and it’s already the 18 and I still haven’t gotten and tracking numbers so can someone please send the tracking numbers like it says
Hi, I ordered some Armani socks as a gift for my son. I ordered these particular ones from this seller because the listing clearly states that if you purchase 3 pairs of briefs you get them in the presentation box. This was inter as a Christmas gift so the box was important. However despite several emails forwarding photographs I keep receiving the same response “ refund failure as no photographs” I have sent numerous and, to be honest I’m rather angry at going around in circles. I will re send photographs to this site in the hopes that someone will appreciate what I’m saying. I could have bought the briefs much cheaper from another seller but, as a Christmas gift I thought the presentation box would be a bonus. The briefs arrived separately packed. NO BOX!!! I don’t necessarily want a full refund, I just want the BOX. The sellers listing is misleading at best and, I feel almost cheated. No I have been misled and cheated, that’s not good to do to returning customers. It’s misleading and, basically conning people, I’m really angry that there is no real customer service to speak of. I am attempting to send the photographs again which you required and, that I’ve sent you for the 6th time at least. Customers don’t like to be cheated, it’s bad business so as a returning Vova customer I hope you can resolve this matter for me. I want what I paid for and, that is 3 pairs of men’s Armani briefs in an Armani gift box. Not just the briefs which are not the best of quality in any event. Oh my goodness how can I send photographs, this isn’t giving me any option, soooo frustrating!!! Can somebody with any sense help me resolve this please. Hi I ordered a jacket which cost me £18.75. after a week I noticed it still hadn’t shipped and was still been processed. I decided to cancel my order and get a refund . I was successful with the refund but vova have not refunded me the full amount and only gave me back £15!. This is absolutely disgusting. And there’s no way of getting in contact with customer service which I believe is done in purpose.
I had recently ordered a few items at VOVA and when i checked on the shipping address it had the wrong state listed im not sure if it was me or them that made the mistake the problem is when i contacted VOVA she gave intructions on how to change it within the app. So i did as they instructed and it doesnt work. Now i see that the item is at the destination post office since Sept. 23 yet i havent got any notice from my post office saying i have a pkg waiting . I sent another email explaining that thier instructions to change the shipping address and havent heard back anything. Guess i will try one more time….

I placed two orders in the other day but didn’t save a copy of my orders. They stated that I would receive a confirmation of both orders when payment went through. Well I am still waiting and have received anything.

Hey I also have issues with this company. I gave my credit card information to Vova it is still saying pending on my order but when I called my credit card company they said my order has been paid by this card but there’s no phone # or anyway to reach them!!! So I’m calling the Better Business Bureau to report this!

I orderd bath towels 6 of them and head towels 3 of them today when i went to go fetch my parcel i was suprised to see the small packet that was given to me , when i opened i saw face cloths instead of bath towels and there was no head towels in the packet im very dissapointed for the amount i paid and still not getting the right stuff i orderd ontop of that not everything was in the packet

I love shopping on the vova site but there’s a few not likes on vova that I have problem with and that’s the refund policy my debit card got misplaced so I no longer have that card and they say vova will not refund me over my card issue which I find ridiculous because I now do not have a debit card so my refund for 3 different things that add up to $35.23 is gone I will probably not get the refund because I lost and had to cancel my debit card so is there another refund statistics that I can get to get my refund my account I’m gonna put the $35.23 right back into my vova account so please help me out
I ordered the “footprints” earrings, and they do NOT look a bit like the picture! Even worse, the clasp broke as soon as I opened it. I am so disappointed. I will not be ordering from you again
I was told to contact y’all that my account is frozen because of some reason I’m not sure. I read something about other accounts on same ip address don’t understand what that has to do with my account. My whole family and most friends use viva, if there’s an issue close it cause is not worth the hass6

Good morning, the ratio between quality and price is generally acceptable on your products. but I would like to point out that two 2 Tb USB sticks each on two units do not work. Not wanting to return the money (return the goods would probably cost more than I paid), but simply point out that they are of the same type (of those that fold to clos/open) and come from the same shopkeeper. The same is true for a 256 GB sandisk-like solid state memory, which is also unreliable in storing data. Sincerely.
