Vinted is a social marketplace for second-hand fashion, launched in the year 2008. The Lithuania-based company operates in the US, UK, Germany, France, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands and Spain. On the platform, users can buy, sell, and swap clothing with one another. A free listing can include photos, description and price. I’ve been asked to verify my number when I logged in today but I never entered one originally so I put my mobile number in and it says incorrect and now I’m unable to access my account. I have urgent messages to send to my buyers and I want to check my balance. It keep taking me round the houses and I’m locked out. How can I sort? So frustrated.
I’ve had this issue today! It logged me out and is asking me to verify my number – which I’m putting the correct one in and it’s saying invalid? Did you ever get this sorted. My concern is I’m getting emails saying stuff is being purchased! Please help.
Since Vinted merched I can’t use Vinted.cz and Vinted.co.uk together as person. Two completely different platforms I was using till now I am forced to close one down after being on both platforms for over 15 years. According to T&C I am not allowed to have two accounts, considering its not connected except the company. Very upsetting and disappointing.
Vinted has awful customer service. I sold some brand new trainers to a buyer and offered Royal Mail posting. Vinted automatically offer UPS which I dont use and you cant remove it or you couldnt at the time I sold the trainers. I posted them with Royal Mail and had a tracking number. Within days, Vinted cancelled the ordered saying they have not been delivered when I had proof they had. The buyer contacted me asking about the trainers and I gave her the tracking number and proof of delivery. I asked Vinted for help as the buyer received a refund even though they got their purchase. Vinted told me it was because I did not use UPS which the buyer asked for and I explained I used Royal Mail, had a tracking number and proof of delivery which I forwarded onto Vinted. They replied saying all I can do is contact the buyer, relist the trainers and hope the buyer purchases the trainers again so I would get my payment. I then asked what to do if the buyer ignores my messages and listing. Vinted continued to say it was my fault using UPS and to contact the buyer. Yet again I told Vinted that I have done what they have told me to do but the buyer has not responded to my messages. Now I am out of pocket and without trainers as the buyer has not returned the trainers and Vinted has refused to help me
I have not even been able to sign up. The system will not accept my phone number. When I eventually found an email address, supposedly for some help they directed me back to the ‘help centre’ which is of no use to me at all. I think they need to sort out there business and we site before attempting to ‘put it out there’.
A spam account has been using my email to make an account and I cannot for the life of me get ahold of anyone or figure out how to unsubscribe. I’ve never used this website or company before and I can’t figure out how to get my email or the spam account deleted.
