Valley Metro customer serviceValley Metro is a major transport operator in Phoenix, Arizona. Beginning operations in 1993, Valley Metro now operates bus, light rail and vanpool services. It transports more than 220,000 commuters each day, connecting through over 100 bus routes and 32 light rail stations. Transit centers include 19th Ave/Montebello, Arrowhead Transit Center, Central Ave/Camelback Rd, Central Station, Chandler Fashion Center, Desert Sky, Ed Pastor, Metrocenter, Paradise Valley Mall, PHX Sky Train, SkySong, Sunnyslope, Superstition Springs, Sycamore/Main St and Tempe Transportation Center.

You can use the Trip Planner on the website to see schedule, rates and plan your trip. You can also download the app RideKick for planning your trip or getting real-time information. There is also NextRide to find your Stop ID and get the next arrivals at your stop. For convenient travel, commuters can take advantage of the park-and-ride service. You can park your automobile at park-and-ride locations or meet a carpool partner or vanpool.

With regard to tickets, you have single ride fare, all-day pass, 7-day pass, 15-day pass and monthly pass. There are special passes for employees and students. You can also purchase tickets directly on the website using Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards. Note that Valley Metro does not offer refunds or replacements.
