Why do you make it impossible for a customer to have there ticket refunded or cancelled. I was promised 50% of airmiles when I cancel my ticket I have been waiting for a month since my application for 50% miles. Today after 30 days I’ve received an email asking me to fill in my profile when I came to fill in my profile and put in my British number , The security security code was supposed to be sent me to complete the process. It never came I have no way of contacting Uta air Customer Servise including on Viber they don’t answer.all Numbers which you have are paid number and exorbitant prices per minute although you say it is free how many people have scammed the same as me Numbers which you have are paid number and exorbitant prices per minute although you say it is free how many people have scammed the same as me.
The most awful experience!!! Be aware of SUPER EXTRA charges! Apparently, now, when you buy the ticket, you have to read 1 million pages of terms and conditions. Otherwise, you will end up paying TWISE MORE THAT YOUR TICKET PRICE for a small bag, which you are carrying and which does not satisfy their “requirements”. And when you realize that they are up your *ss, you have 2 options: pay TWISE MORE to check in you baggage or pay THREE TIMES MORE to bring your bag on board!!! Even Ryanair lets you check in for free…
I purchased tickets for my wife Moscow-Vienna return. I paid for hold luggage. At check in my wife was told that she had to pay for her luggage (almost 4000 RUB) and that she will need to pay the same again on return. Why? I paid for her luggage already so why charge me twice?
