Every time I want to talk to a manager over the claims department I don’t get anybody. Just voicemails and no return calls to me. Need them to get a hold of me to call Monday thru Friday. I am not a very happy member of USAA.
I am trying to report an accident and can’t find an email address to send information to. I tried online but the form says no policy found with the numbers and name I put it, also to continue on I need to be a member. Don’t you just have an email for claims?
I have been trying for two weeks to give you the VIN number of my new car so that you could send me new proof of insurance cards. I have been a member for twenty years and every time I call, I am told that I am not authentic. And then they hang up. I have given them my membership number and my insurance policy number, but nothing I provide is of any help. My only recourse is to change insurance companies.
I wanted to acknowledge Ashley Z out of Georgia. She helped me change my auto policy for my Army PCS to Florida. She was so sweet, patient, and extremely pleasant to talk to, as well as made every step of the change so easy to understand. A usually daunting task – Ashley helped me understand a lot of things I wasn’t aware of. It’s employers like her that make me happy I put my trust in this company. I really hope USAA can acknowledge her hard work and give her the recognition she truly deserves!
I have tried for 2 days to JOIN USAA through the online page you offer with the same result, NOTHING but a phone # to call. If I wanted to call I would pick up the phone and call you. All the information ask for is straight from my DD-214 same as would be given by mouth and your system still subverts me to voice communication. If the rest of the systems you operate are as aggravating as this initial encounter shows it to be I have lost all interest in being any part of this kind of institution at all. Tell me its a glitch and try again and if I waste another attempt to join online as advertised you won’t see me try again. Oh if you call me about this then the section it continues to loose communication with me on directing me to call is just a plain bait, switch to induce a phone call and not an error as it is made to appear.
This note is the beginning of a formal complaint that I will be filing about the lack of service and the apathetic attitude in handling my claim by the tampa Fl. service center. Claim # 10755608-003. I filed this claim on April 22, 2019. I will be contacting the B.B.B. about the lack of professionalism that has been exhibited by this service center .
