I send back to your office a pair of shoes to fix it or to replace with a new one and you give me guys a gift cart for 40$? I thought your company was serious but didn’t, anyway i am foreigner and not based in US. I payed 140$ and you give me back $40.
I bought many items on Cyber Monday. I understand that they would be backed up. I get an email that tells me my order is shipped and I will receive it by the 12-8-2019. I didn’t get it and called their Customer Service Team. When communicating with them, they kept repeating me in “Broken English”. Clueless on their job, they just repeat what I am saying without ever helping. Call back 12-10-19, they tell me my order has not been shipped and I would see it by the 12-16-19. I asked for Tracking Number, they hang up. Called back and get another Customer Team Member from another country and it is even worse. Called the Corporate Office, the operator can’t help and keeps telling me that they’re a Global Company. Again, I could care less, but I can be a “Global Customer” that will tell everyone my experience. First and ONLY time I buy from Under Armour On Line.
Bought my son new pair full price shoes for school at Dicks sporting goods. The top of the shoes immediately wore out in two months and now there are holes in his shoes! Customer service is zero help and all they sent me was an automatic email stating that they need a receipt and if I purchased a daynover 60 days then tough luck.
What a horrible way to treat your customers!
I will no longer buy your brand and I will also share this story among all the parents at my sons school.
I bought two jackets for my granddaughters and both of the zippers broke, for the price of these jackets I feel that they should be replaced or compensated for them . Underarmour is not cheap and i buy a lot of there products . Attempted to email and no response , and called. I would appreciate. If someone would contact me or email me on what can be done. Having purchased Under Armour Golf Wear since the inception of the company, I have noticed a steady, if not wildly increase in prices, the cause of which has me seeking for alternative brands. Your golf shirts at USD 69 and upwards is simply too steep for what you get. I have in the past paid like USD 39 for a perfectly usable UA golf shirt feeling I have acquired good value for money…..I do not feel the same at the now much higher prices.

To whom it may concern,
Firstly – I just want to thank you for hearing my complaint. I must say that this occurrence was the worst customer service that I have ever received! I am currently an Active Duty member of the United States Army (25years); however, I must say that my said service doesn’t make me any different from any other customer, although, I serve to ensure anyone gets fair treatment under the law.
Secondly, I visited the store’s website, what I unearthed was that this store has a systemic problem with customer service (please see attachments labeled “Under Armour Review”. Subsequent to review, you will discover that others have received poor service. What’s more, after rude and disrespectfully comments from the store’s Assistance Manager (AM) (Katie), I asked her to disclose her name, needless to say, she refused. Finally, after asking another employee, I received her name.
Next, please refer to the attachment labeled Byron’s Receipt – it depicts my proof of your purchase. My son purchased these items for me on 21 Dec 2018 as a Christmas gift, hence the reasons I didn’t have the physical receipt. However, subsequent to reviewing the attachment labeled ‘Price on 21 Dec” you will discover that it equates to the price my son paid for the items. Although, the aforesaid (AM) would not honor this price – only the current price, due to the fact that now these items were marked down by 40%. I showed her my son’s bank statement, however, she still refused to honor the price which was originally paid. The AM was extremely rude and abrasive – after numerous attempts to try and get her to reason, she accused me of becoming rude. I must say, her actions were very brusque, aggressive, unfriendly, coupled with becoming tremendously uncompromising. My only goal was to exchange these items for a larger size, however, after reviewing the store’s merchandise, I opted to exchange for something different. What’s more, I offered to pay the difference if any overage, although, only of the original price my son paid for the items.
Lastly, I have been wearing the Under Armour brand for many years, I must say that I really enjoy your items; however, subsequent to this treatment, I question should a continue to wear this brand?!?!?!

Purchased my first U.A. down jacket 3 yrs ago zipper broke. No. Compensation . Bought my second one after that with the new invention of a magnet configuration now that just broke, so I have invested around 350. To 400.00 . My wife also has a jacket fromU.U.A. With the same problem .I am not interested in any more jackets, now wondering what can be done?? Thank You Glenn
Hi all, great product, but their customer service is appalling, the customer service number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to customers emails, god forbid something goes wrong, you are on your own.
I ordered and paid on line for women’s armour shorty and x2 sheer hipsters, I then received an email with my order number- EU_02473767 and a deliver date if Tuesday 6th Nov. I went to collect it from a puck up point only to find there was nothing for me to collect. Please can you either send to me directly or re imburse me. Hi, is it customary that no one responds to calling you back after you leave your number for Customer Service to return a call to you and really, after several times in one day of being on the phone trying to get a customer service rep to speak with, 20 mins and more and no one answers your calls? What is this? Is this how you treat your customers? What do you have, two customer service reps? I’ve been trying to get someone to tell me if an order of mine went through as I never got an email confirmation but my credit card shows it was charged. And I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT get anyone to respond to me. The same repetitive annoying recording to listen to and no customer service rep comes on the phone. Same thing with online chat, you cannot get someone. Is this how your company functions? Even via email no response!!

I’ve been buying my son a couple pair of receiver gloves every football season for the last 5 seasons. Never had any issues and always held up good the entire season. This year bought a pair of Red & Black ones and 4 weeks and 2 games into the season the stitching has come apart down the side of 1 glove. To late to take them back but kinda thought I should let UA know. And wondered if there is anything I can do? thank you
Hello, I recently bought a pair of your under armour adult spotlight 2017 limited edition gloves with the state of Maryland on them. I only wore them twice and the stitching on the fingers came apart. I paid $55 for these gloves. I worked hard for this money doing odd jobs. You would think that a pair of $55 pair of gloves would last longer than a month! I am very disappointed! Under Armour should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such a low quality product and charging $55 for it! I feel that it is only fair, seeing that these gloves are useless that Under Armour send me a new pair of gloves at Under Armours expense!
I just wanted to say you guys made a awesome running shoe the speedform has amazing cushion. Love it. I have to part with them now which is very hard too but I have had them for two years now and I just loved them. My husband was ify about wearing under armour shoe. I bought him a pair same kind, he also said they were so comfortable. He wished that you guys would make they that comfortable for the football coaches who are on their feet all day. thank you again.
My son received the spieth golf shoes for Xmas this past year . The inside of the heel has completely worn down so bad that the hard plastic part is exposed and he can no longer wear them . He usually gets over a year of wear on his golf shoes as he golfs everyday but these are the first Under Armour golf shoes he’s had and he really liked them but if they only last not even 5 months I don’t think we will purchase again .
