I am fed-up with the behaviour of Uber Drivers. They are not willing to come at the pickup point until they come to know the drop location is. And after that if the drop location is not matching their choice, neither will they come nor cancel the trip. Only waste of our precious time and money (cancellation charge). No customer support from Uber side as well.
Completely agree. They just take feedback of drivers as if drivers only are important in providing services. Uber is simply not interested in taking customer feedback about their own services.
I cannot sign in to my Uber account. Even after lot of attempts the link for opening the account is not emailed to me although the pop up comes that a link has been sent . On checking in spam also nothing comes. It is disappointing. My account seems to be deactivated. Please do the needful immedaitely. Neither I receive SMS in my mobile no.
