I got a email to say that my items were delivered but to my surprise there was nothing. I called client service just to be told I have to wait 8-10 business day before they could do anything. Smh it’s Mother’s Day weekend. Never will I order anything else from TB
I have requested a refund for shoes. I returned the item, contacted client services, received confirmation refund would be processed. (I did not want an exchange) two weeks later, I received a shoe exchange in the mail! Unbelievable!
I contacted client services a second time for a return label for the exchange that was shipped to me in error. Now, I am told I can not receive a refund because I’m past the 30 Day Return Policy! I would not be past the 30 day return policy if you would have processed my refund instead of sending me another pair of shoes. I have requested to be contacted by escalation department to resolve this mess. I do not want an electronic gift card, I want a refund issued for the full price I paid. The client service Representative, Chelsea stated she will forward my request to management and someone will get back to me within 48 hours. I own many Torch Burch shoes, handbags, jewelry (Brand Specific and loyal to Tory Burch) Looking forward to a resolution and a full refund.
I returned an item to Tory Burch and one week later after the courier noticed that the item is returned I didn’t get a refund gift card from TB. I contacted and was told that they will refund me after 6-8 weeks! OMG it is ridiculous based on what I have been told before! Even on the policy it states 14 days after the item is returned to the store!!!!
