I have bought an Fastrack optical with lens from Padmavati traders an authorised dealer of titan surplus BONGAIGAON (Assam) on 7/03/2018. The model number of the product IS FT1002D1A1 sales order no – TBOG000549. Now the colour of the optical is damaged , so I went to the store for changing it as it has 6 month warranty but the colour varient is not available, they told me to contact them after 7 days. Now it is above 1 month they told me that it is not possible to give the same colour . As I have invested ?3895 for both optical and lenses I want refund of both the optical and lenses as it will not fit in any other frame
I am not satisfied with the service of titan eye plus and frame quality of it.
Recently i purchased a frame of fastrack and and frame is cracked from the right eye side and i complain it and they change it but the same problem is arise in second frame as well. So i want free replacement of my frame otherwise i will never purchase anything from Titan eye plus in future

At Titan Eye, Vasant vihar. Very bad experience. New Specs given, the vision is blurred. Store manager came up and suggested me to wear more up and then see. I have never worn my glasses so up. It’s lot of discomfort. He is least bothered. How can someone change the position of the specs he is used to wearing. Very absurd. This is a pure case of cheating and Titan must rectify the incorrect specs. Also the rude manager must be given a marching order. Awaiting response for further action
My name is Ronit. The brand value of Titan deteriorating day by day. There is no value for money if you buy titan eyeplus product. Recently, I ordered for a set of specs on 16th June 2017 from a titan eye+ store in Bandra(W). They promised me to deliver the specs in 3 days. Since it has not come within 10 days, i visited the store , but as usual they were giving some baseless excuses that the lens have failed the test at their lab. I had ordered for a costly lens and they took the payment from me in advance. After my rigorous follow up , they could deliver me the specs with a cheaper lens(which they admitted) and no bill was provided. I wonder, how such a big company can sell a product without bill, that too after GST coming into effect.The store person had promised me to refund the excess amount along with the specs, but to my surprise, the specs have come without bill and refund amount.

Is the management is aware of these types of issues and how the customer is greatly aggrieved. Since last 15 years, I am a loyal customer of Titan, but I will never ever go to Titan hence forth.
I am appalled by the Panjim manager and service at their store too. My husband bought reactive Polaroid prescription lenses for nearly Rs30k. Within 1 month the frames cracked and split (fastrack frames) whilst in the U.K. The opticians there said the frames were unsuitable for such thick heavy lenses. The manager at Panjim said not and replaced with the same frames. They then broke again. Took them back to Panjim store which is being renovated, but spoke with the Manager who sent us to Margรฃo store. They didn’t have the same frames and told us the broken ones were for sunglasses lenses only and not my husbands lenses. They cut cut the lenses and put in a different frames at a cost to us, even though cutting the frames could spoil the lenses. Not happy with this solution and Panjim manager now says he can help, by putting the same unsuitable frames on again, with no guarantee by Titan on the same frames. We have been clearly bamboozled. Shoddy, poor service. Shameful from such a reputed company.

I am really very disappointed with kind of product and service I got from titan eye +.
I have bought spectacles in July 2016 from titan eye+ store namely – M/s Perfect Eye Care, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
After one month only i noticed right eye lens has some cracks which were visible in sunlight only.
Local store has accepted the fault and done some machine wash and return it to me. But after few months same problem came and when i visited the store on 27-Nov-16, manager (Mr. Saurabh) has accepted the fault in product and assured me replacement.
Post that i visited the store again on 3-Dec-16 and same person assured me of replacement but nothing happen.
Finally i lodged complaint with call center on 13-Dec-16, here also my complaint got lodged after 6 calls and as per expectations they did not do anything but given me solution that scratches are not under our warranty.
Only god knows why suddenly everyone start calling them scratches which were cracks in the lens file till 10 days back.
I again visited store today but got very bad response, manager told me why i make complaint and now he will not replace the product.
One purchase branded product for quality product and service but here it is difficult to measure what is more pure as both are worst.
I will never ever purchase or suggest anyone to buy titan eye plus product.
Very sorry to say that such a leading company is offering crap for your money…got my wife’s specs done for Rs. 3120 when the spectacles came they had pin spots. When said, they try to remove, but not able to, so they said they will replace the glasses and it will take one week…after one week they replaced the glasses,but with very bad finish. The glasses were not seated properly in the frame and were chipped at borderline…now what is the solution…15 days already gone…we are tired of all these and want our money back…

A strike rate of 50% for this quality n premium eyewear brand
In my opinion they were a trusted brand among unorganized eyewear market with the Tata brand umbrella to vouch for quality.
In reality they are zero accountability money fleecing unapologetic shop with no sense of quality whatsoever
I gave them my expensive frame to put lenses on…
They chipped the paint off
And kept saying for more than an hour this is obvious damage that happens when frame is fit with lenses
This is the second frame of mine that they’ve done this
I ignored it the first time
But till when?
The laughable solutions proposed unapologetically for their botch up are as below:
1. take the lenses back on refund money… What about the frame that they spoilt… Nothing!
2. Give me frame worth 1500 RS in exchange of frame spoilt worth 10,000 rs
3. Refund me RS 120 in cash
4. Give me customer care ID
Not to forget all these solutions were given with every alternate sentence being this problem obvious when lenses are put in frame
Did they apologise for this?
The exact sentence was “if that makes you take the damaged frame from us then we are sorry”
Way to go brand

The frame got broken on 06/02/16 and I immediately waked to the store and Mr. Anthony confirmed that the frame is covered under warranty and will help to fix this issue. It has been almost 2 weeks now and they are giving me a run around and the issue is not bee fixed.
Mr, Anthony the store supervisor was very unprofessional and is not taking care to resolve this issue or even not ready to explain the prevailing situation to fix the frame.

I visited TITANEYE+(Address:G-7&G7A,Job Plaza Opp Mcdonal’s,Sector18 Noida on 13.11.2015 at 20:00hrs and ordered for one frame and two lenses(progressive).they charge me Rs25240(frame-7360+lense UF149VW-8940*2).They gave me their manual sales invoice 1339 dated 13.11.2015 of .They not gave me the printed invoice of TITAN EYE with a plea of system disorder.I paid advance of Rs 15000.00 through ICICI card.
On 14.11.2015 I requested them to cancel one order of lens.They told me it is not possible as because order is generated to TITAN EYE.It is not a customer friendly approach.
So I am request you to find out the fact and do the needful to cancel order of one lens(Rs 8940) and kindly take suitably with the shop to behave customer proper and be customer friendly.
I am really very much upset with the attitude of representative handling the shop.

I went to a Titan eye+ show room in Viman nagar Pune. Though I bought a simple frame and glass, I wanted to buy one progressive lens. I was told that the minimum price is 10500/- and hence I did not buy it. Quite surprising that I got progressive lens from Gurgaon Titan eye show room at 4,500/-last year. Can someone guide as to whether the progressive lens price has shot up that much? I mean the low end models?

My name is Amit. I am using many products from TATA and I am satisfied with products. Since last 3 years I migrated to USA. Before going to USA, I tried twice eye glasses and I found it good. I use soft design for my progressive glasses. Each time I paid approximately Rs 18000 to Rs 20000.
I got my 3rd glasses in 2012. Two years back I asked “Titan Eye+, Anand, Gujarat” to changed nose pads. They denied telling me they do not carry.
Today I had been again to same show room to place new order for progressive with transition lens. I think this order may worth approximately Rs 25000 with frame. Before giving that order I asked again to change nose pad of my recent glasses. This time also they refused telling they do not carry. I asked for after sales service, they refused rudely. I step out from show room without placing new order.
I am surprised with this kind of customer service.
Due to wrong diagnosis at Titaneye showroom in Erode, I’m struggling for the past 8months with the high end spectacle. I need your mail ID for submission of full details.
I have purchased a pair of spectacles of model Teenl-D1123A1A147/16/130 for my 10 year old son from titan eue plus store of shyambazar,Kolkata(sales order noTKSB025704;INVOICE No BAR0022826,Dated,18.11.14/TIN No.19200178061 CSL No.19200178255) .The spectacles is totally misfitting.The frame is creating a massive pressure behind his ears and causing erupttion and scars there. I have already visited for four times the store and every time the technicians have adjusted by deforming the ends of the frame. But this adjustments have not been lasted for long and therefore again irritations have stated for my child, now he become reluctant to use the glasses , that may cause further disturbance of his vision.It is appeared that the frame that I had to purchase is misfitting for my child. You are therefore requested to check the matter and to find out a permanent solution and if possible to replace the frame with an appropriate one.
I ordered for One spectacle along with Charmant frame and listed best quality titan progressive and transition glasses wide receipt no. AIS0011412 dated 27/12/14 for Rs. 37420.00. After almost 7-10 days I visited your outlet to collect the glasses, and was highly disappointed with quality of glasses. I am wearing only photochromic / transition glasses from long and found the glasses where quite dark even during night hours w/o light. Your showroom personnel checked the comparative and reported the same to your quality function. Subsequently, I was asked to take my current specs to shop, your team has taken pictures of both the glasses and sent to your HQ.
The product is yet to be delivered to me. Requesting your intervention to expedite solution. Also written mails to titaneye+@titan.co.in but no response.
