Tempur-Pedic was founded by Bob Trussell in the year 1992. The company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of mattresses, pillows, bed linens and cushions that are globally recognised for its comfort and ease of use. This company’s customer service is horrible. I have had a very time consuming experience – and still don’t have a refund. Every time I talked to a customer service person – they would tell me one thing, and it would be wrong. But each and every time it was wrong, I never heard from this company. I had to keep calling to check on my OWN order. Why don’t THEY keep me updated?
I agree with you, customer service personnel is arrogant and I am not impressed. There products are so expensive, and there service so cheap.
I cannot get metro mattress to give me different mattress under 30 day comfort warranty. It is past 30 days as they would not respond to my emails, I did get BBB involved and they got mad. I told them via email 10-14 days after having mattress and they sent email that you need to adjust to new mattress. They said your policy wonโt let them do exchange for me, but they have lied non stop thru my whole purchase. My last resort will have to be small claims court.
Your order department seems to be incompetent(at least with my order). We ordered 11 days ago and still havent gotten our $4000 order on a truck. The order was placed BY YOUR COMPANY and they screwed it up, blamed it on Wells Fargo,and couldn’t even find the order any of the 4 or 5 times we called “customer service”. You guys were paid IN FULL several days ago & you can’t even figure that out? Now I will get my first bill from WF before I even get the merchandise? NOONE AT YOUR COMPANY CAN HELP US. That is not customer service. Not even remotely
